"This is the WORST apartment complex in Phoenix. Just wait, to YOU see, what these apts, look like after YOU move, in, they show YOU a perfect model one, but when YOU move in, well, YOU can see the pictures, also, it takes forever, to get any maint. issues fixed. An experienced Maintenance man of more than 10 years, told me today that he, just started here, 3 weeks ago, and he was already, looking for another maintenance job, elsewhere. He says that the office staff, ty to micro-manage, every detail of a maint. request This is the problem, he claims, that even parts, are hard to order, due to, micromanagement. Phil & the staff, should, in a professional manner, let the Lead or maint. manager, handle, ALL of the maint. requests. Any well-organized maint. staff, would get all of the maint. requests. And speaking of services, if YOU get hot water once a month, you're really lucky. I put a snippet, to show YOU how many times the water, is shut off, and if you have any children or pets, there are OPEN electrical outlets, all over the property, that can electrocute somebody."
"Everyone in the office is so knowledgeable and friendly. Nereyda was the one that was helping me and she made it so easy for me to apply. She was very patient with me, since it was my first time moving into an apartment and I had a lot of questions. Also wanted to see different models before I made my decision and she was able to show me different ones. Thank you Nereyda for working with my schedule and answering all my questions!"
