"We have been living here since 2016. My family loves it here. I'm sad it was just sold and I'm worried about the condition of complex and the Tennant the new owners will bring. Werner and Cecil were great landlords. Always cared about the complex and used to sweep up the trash people would leave. When someone stole from my garage and we caught them we told Cecil and within a week or two those thieves were kicked out. I'm worried about the quality of Tennant that would be here now. But this review is to counter the disparaging comments about the previous owners."

"Me and my family have been living here going on our third year and we love it. Everything is super close by and the Landlords Werner and Cecil are friendly and even give the kids candy when they help to keep the area clean. This makes me happy andproud of my kids for helping in the community. As long as youpay your rent on time, keep your unit as well as the neighborhood clean and most of all be respectful its a wonderful neighborhood experience. All the kids play together and neighbors are friendly. Orangewood is also nearby and the teachers are fantastic. In my eyes this is the best place i have lived so far!"
