"This place is terrible!!! Do not rent here. The landlord has walked in on me without knocking I have been threatened by a tenant to get shot in my head cuz I asked them to keep it down pass the noise ordinance. The landlord does not enforce the noise ordinance at all!! Came home from work one Saturday to a strip club in the lobby no joke!!!! This is not a good place or a good neighborhood and they will steal the deposit, read the lease ….. so many things in that lease that screws the tenant and definitely not worth the price. No joke …. Run away from this place!!!"

"Dogs barking on the patios/balconies of the complex all the day and night. Can be heard at quite a distance and I feel sorry for anyone who lives next door to any of these units. Management does nothing. Walk the grounds...tenants leave trash and dog poop piling up in their patios. Nothing 'boutique' about this place."

"This doesn’t even deserve one star but unfortunately the system does not allow zero. First these apartments are not built well or inspected properly as an electrical fire broke out on the second story just months after tenant occupancy. Second, they do not seem to have any limitations on who they allow to sign a lease. Tenants leave their barking dogs outside all day. There are full grown adults screaming profanity with their doors and windows open as early as 6am. We find nerf darts all over our yard and air conditioning unit because the parents aren’t supervising their kids. I’ve watched kids trespass over the fence onto neighboring gated communities. And the wind blows cigarette butts from smokers on the second floor into our property as well. There are no outdoor acoustics - just an alley of concrete walls where the sound echoes. We’ve called the property manager, filed multiple police reports against their tenants and there has been no improvement in a years time. We’ve also spoken to the landlord who had agreed the tenants are an issue and that their lease was ending, but then allowed them to renew just to make a buck. To top it off, the surrounding of the community is riddled by homeless and shopping carts on the side walks, with the occasional police or omega security visit. Do with this information what you will, but there are much nicer, safer and friendlier complexes in the surrounding area to consider."

"Management allows tenants to house 4-6 people in a two bedroom apartment, six or seven dogs barking at all times of the day or night, horrible neighbors and horrible community - management does not listen feedback, videos or even police reports. Neighbors screaming at their children non stop, apartment catching on fire - avoid at all cost - do not rent here."

"Beautiful design, neighborhood is not the best! Lived here for 1 year, left the place in immaculate condition and it’s been almost 3 months and I am still chasing my security deposit! Sadly I’m going to have to take this to court. Please do your research! This complex lacks professionalism, integrity and honesty. Drive around the area at night to get the real feel of the neighborhood! I would not recommend this place to anyone!"
