"Just as these previous reviews, they claim luxury apartments. Luxury apartments don’t have their trails covered in rocks/dirt. They come with all working appliances, they come with professional paint not painted over stains. Drawers and doors that all function properly. Not a 100$ baseboard replacement that can’t even connect together. I’m starting the legal process soon. They had their warning to fix everything. One more month will be given until the legal process starts and I can legally not pay them and live rent free until all damages are repaired. In case other residence didn’t know, yes you can get away without paying legally but it is a process they are making it easy. An owner response that isn’t “we will start today” won’t be replied to, figure it out."

I’d also like to say thank you to Fatima for being so transparent and kind with me. She has made experience a lot less stressful and I could tell she has only the best intentions for me. "Legally backed robbery!!!!!!!! When I got this apartment it was dirty with cabinet doors hanging and washer and dishwasher not working with laminate floor poorly redone but me being an easy going person and also moving in from a different state I didn’t have the choice to leave so I stuck it out in hope things will be good… they weren’t…These are labeled as luxury apartments which ain’t true, Paying almost 2k a month for an apt in the ghetto is absurd, yes this is the ghetto… you can call it that when there’s a shooting, rocks breaking your windows or cars broken into every other night. The new office staff are wonderful and help where they can. Roaches are always a problem with my unit, found out by neighbors that the last tenants were hoarders which made sense since the roaches are practically unkillable. I constantly use different roach traps/ bait and had the place gassed when old management was here but nothing ever changed unfortunately. Maintenance is lacking, I had them come fix doors that were hanging and all they did was rescues them when the hinges were obviously what needed to be replaced. Had them swap a dishwasher and they put a different one in but Jerry rigged it and mounted brackets on the visible side of the counters making it look really bad. Bathroom water has a bad smell to it wether it’s from the sink, shower, or toilet. One of the monsoons in the past year did a number on the building and when they replaced my water heater that was damaged in the outside closet they didn’t replace the drywall that was obviously damaged by water even tho I let the workers at the time know that I was sure it was damaged they just wrote me off like I had no clue. Hopefully the wonderful office staff does the right thing when I break my lease otherwise this has been just like every other apartment that I’ve lived in, a disappointment."

"So I’ve been refraining from leaving a review until things started to look up, but I’m slowly becoming disheartened by everything. Audri, Fatima, and Ryan have all been very kind whenever I’ve talked to them. However, my problem mainly lies with maintenance. I got my keys on 7/18/23, but didn’t officially move in until 7/22. I have a fully renovated apartment, and before I moved in, I did a walkthrough of the apartment and let the leasing office know about the issues I’ve noticed. My garbage disposal has not worked at all, my dryer partially fell off of the little shelf holding it (honestly due to my mistake when trying to push it back further as to try to keep from hurting my hand on the door frame whenever I try to open the dryer door), and my bathroom sink leaks whenever I use it. Audri had also let me know when I was getting my keys that the blinds needed to be replaced since they don’t fully close, and there are dings on the floor from when the appliances were being installed, all of which I noticed when I did my walkthrough. I can’t access my mailbox, and I’m also pretty sure I have a dirty AC filter. A work order was put in regarding all these issues listed above, and almost 3 weeks later nothing has been fixed. I’m constantly asking for updates, and even though it was explained to me why maintenance is behind on work orders, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to be understanding about what’s going on since I can’t live comfortably in my own home. It seems to me that there’s a sort of lack of communication from maintenance to the leasing office. One example is that I was told last week that one of the maintenance crew, Jacob, would be coming by either last Friday or this past Monday to begin working on my work orders, but nothing has been done. I got home yesterday and the water been drained from my kitchen sink, and I don’t know if that happened on its own or if Jacob had come in and that’s all he had done. However, it fills back up again and stays filled whenever I use my dishwasher. I think all these issues have been causing tiny water bugs to start appearing in my apartment, since I keep finding them in my bathtub. Then again, I just hope this isn’t a sign of mold growing because of all these plumbing issues."
