With this being my first apartment, I had many questions. and she answered all of them very graciously! Also big shoutout to Bob with maintenance, I had a few issues with my apartment, and he is always right on it, and is super kind and helpful! Me and my wife love it here so far!"

"Wouldn't really say this place is great the walls are paper thin so you can hear pretty much anything an everything so no privacy, you can hear people walking outside neighbors usually bump there radio or something around 11pm like it's not a rave it's a place of living. they don't have security really they don't have cameras except coming into the place, recently my car was stolen from there facility and when I talked to management they said it's not there problem it's insurances and now I pay an extra 50on insurance plus the 2400 it cost to fix the car I don't have really all an all I'd say if you wanna have problems come here."

"This is going to be long promise it's worth the read for the info about this property! I called they said they take new evictions I paid 103$ for the app fees and in the app stated we were in the process of being evicted from where we are now. They over looked that part! Then I was told they won't even start the process unless I paid the $250 holding fee so I paid it. They had me jumping through hoops about my daughters service dog. Come to find out once they got the rental verification from the place we are being evicted from they denied us When asked when to expect my $250 back the leasing assistant said it would be mailed to the address we are being evicted from when asked for it to be forwarded to my mom she said no, I asked to pick it up there she said no, I asked if it could be refunded to my card and she said no I said so how do you expect someone you know is being evicted to get the check back from y'all if it's going to the god damn house they are being evicted from?! She said don't talk to me like that and it's really not our problem..... ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO TRY RENTING FROM!!!!"

"I would like to say Thank You to Robert Ballentine who works with the Maintenance Team. He is a hard worker and will complete his tasks in a timely manner. He is very respectful and helpful to the residents. I appreciate his efforts here. And I have to say that the Boulders Maintenance Team did a great job of hiring him."

"My husband and I just moved in last week and the staff has been really great. Mariah and Marissa have been super helpful in the process and are always there to help. The maintenance team Mike and Robert are incredible! They are timely, kind, and extremely helpful."
