"I’m a single mom and moving can be difficult financially and physically for me being on my own. I have to say the relief I feel from moving to this community is indescribable! This place is affordable, the upgraded apartments are cute, and it’s so quiet especially for being by the freeway! Not to mention the managers are very attentive and kind any time I have an issue those ladies are on it! Maintenance fixed my door and plumbing issues right away! I’m so grateful to the staff I’ve referred 2 of my friends to live here and they couldn’t be happier!"

"Needed to move in a rush and Liv and Stacey were a great help! Liv took her time give me tours of different floor plans, and going in to detail about the lease and utilities. Stacey helped me get a discount on applying which really helped me! The complex is nice, pretty quiet, and very reasonable compared to other places for the space! Definitely would recommend friends to rent here"

I appreciate how easy it is to contact the office about anything if I have any questions. Just left the gym. I enjoy the amenities. Can’t wait for it to heat up so I can try the pool."

"Coming up one 1 year and you wouldn’t be able to pay enough to sign a lease let me just start with rent after utilities for the 2 bed you’ll pay 1,600 on avg there are way nicer complex for the same price or a little more in Mich nicer areas ,Now the ac is another story it doesn’t go below 72 degrees in the summer and they shut it off while it was still 85 degrees I haven’t been able to sleep because I keep waking up sweating , would love to be able to take a shower in the morning or after work but every other week the hot water is turned off. Plus this place is ratchet as hell there is a water leak above my shower popcorn ceiling falling down and all the remodel work is not done right or looks rushed I genuinely don’t think I have anything good to say about this place I’ll end with the police constantly blocking of the road due to some crime fire or death constantly across the street for the love of god do not sign a lease here!!!!!"

"Great property for the price. James the maintenance guy is very great and attentive. Stacey the property manager is always a pleasure to interact with, and she always is very into the property status and needs of our rental issues that we may experience along the way."
