"My experience here has been pleasant. Staff and residents seem to be very polite and respectful to one another. It's very close to a lot of shopping which is super convieient especially if u don't own a vehicle. majority if not all of the time its a nice safe area to live. The surrounding area is very busy but its growing for the better. business seem to be booming. Go metro district area!2024 I definitely have not had a pest or theft problem. Like any home u live in there can be bugs that come along I find boric acid androach spray in different areas work just fine.just like any other home. They also are very attentive to any problems are concerns you voice out about"

"Was a night place to live before the new management took over. They do not care about the residents at all. The only one who will actually take time to talk to residents or seems to give a care is the assistant manager. Staff will tell you they will get you info and call you back but will never reach out to you. They are rude when they answer the phone (if you can actually get them to answer the phone) then say it's because they are short staffed. The office also doesn't follow their posted times about when the office will be open. Loved here since 2018 and this is the worse year yet."

"So many problems since the new management took over. They gave out our personal emails in a mass chain. Good luck getting maintenance to show up, most of the time it takes weeks. God forbid it’s an emergency like hot water going out or ac going out. If that happens on a Saturday afternoon, like it did for us, you won’t get service till Monday. Trying to talk to any of the office workers is just a headache. No one takes accountability or apologizes. It’s all just deflecting and false promises. There are a ton of hidden fees I don’t remember agreeing to or have a say in whether or not I pay. Pest problems, wild animal problems, problem with vagrants breaking into cars and sleeping in laundry rooms, the whole shebang. Do not move here."
