"Don’t move here! Going WAY downhill in the last 5 years. Management is out of town and non existent in the office and never responds to serious security issues. Finally got prison steel strength doors on mail box area after numerous break ins and mail theft. Security Gates frequently broken. No LIGHTS in front. It’s getting sketchy. Been here for 13 years. Got look at night for yourself."

"Management has been frustrating. At times no one answers the phone or the front office is closed. Lights are out throughout the property and do not get replaced unless you consistently call. The below keypad has been broken for over 6 months. Wires are exposed and when it rains you will get shocked. They keep saying it will be fixed but it has been month 7 now. This place used to be very nice and the change in management shows there is not much concern."

"If I could give this place no stars I would! I lived here for 2 years and rented it site unseen due to moving back during Covid. Never ever do that! Everything in this apartment was old and dated. It was rented to me as/is and no updates for over $1500 a month! Kitchen and bathroom cabinets were chipped and old stove and refrigerator! The carpet looked clean but two weeks living there these black stains started appearing all over the carpet. I told the office about it and all they said was they can send someone out to clean again. They did and again the stains came back so reported it again. They said there is noting else they can do for me except for when my lease comes up they can give me a free carpet cleaning. So I just had to live with the stains. When my lease came up I couldn’t find a place to move to that was affordable so I stayed another year. They sent someone to clean the carpets again and person swore the stains will never come back. Well they did and I told the office again and they basically said there was nothing else they could do. I just got my move out documents because I finally moved out and they are trying to charge me $150 for carpet cleaning. Do not move here! Terrible place to live! The sink in my bathroom after a few weeks also started showing rust in it. Apparently they spray painted over the sink. So after several times of running water, the paint came off and showed rust. I contacted the office and told him about this they send someone out and had them repaint over it. Of course, a few weeks later paint came off rust is there reported it again and six months later they finally replace the sink with a new one. The bathtub kept flaking off they would send someone out and resurface it. It was resurfaced four times over the time I live there and it was never fixed. Also, my parents were visiting and my mom went to take a shower and slipped and fell and ended up in the emergency room due to the fall and ended up with a contusion on her side they are lucky I’m not suing them. When they resurface the tub, they left it slippery and no way to grip. All the appliances are super old and they are trying to charge me for that with my move out as well. I lived at this property in 2018 and at that time I had a great experience this was the worst experience ever and I will never live there ever again and I do not recommend this property to anyone if you do, want to move in here, I recommend you make them show you the place you’ll be moving into or you will be in the same situation as me."
