"Paul is a jerk and his wife is so crazy they are hillbilly rednecks and their son who fixes things has no clue what his doing and they let their daughter come outside in her underwear and all their family live rent free while everyone else pays over priced rent for a dump they will tell you that you cant live there with felonys but one of the guys that works for paul has 46 felonys it's a complete dump and the apartments are ran down"
"I've seen shelters cleaner and safer than this dump child molester live all around the apartments the landlords cat poops in the sand at the playground it stinks like a litter box the pool is always green and the landlord is disrespectful"
"I lived there some time ago in 2014. If you have dogs and in any event you should question the current manager thoroughly before moving in there, whether or not they still have the same one. The manager had issues. One of them was that your dog could not urinate on the property and he wad threaten eviction for that,."
"Considering the area that these apartments are in you would think it would be terrible to live here but in all honesty me and my husband have lived here for about a yr and a half and we have never had any issues. Its so quiet and the prices arent bad for the size of these apartments. They have big bedrooms which is hard to find anymore. They aren't updated but my main thing here is that I love the space you have here. Everyone is so friendly too."
