"There is absolutely no words that can describe how much I hate this place. I started off finding an apartment for college, so I wouldn’t have to live on campus and that was the biggest mistake of my life. I rather live in a shots fired area with horrible roommates than live here. The management is horrendous and supposedly it has changed three times, and by that it keeps getting worse. They don’t care about us residents at all, all they want is your money. The moment I had been told I got accepted for the apartment they took weeks to send me pictures of my unit. When I first walked in to move in all the doors were broken and still are, the sink and bathtub wouldn’t drain water the bathtub is all peeled and moldy. All the cabinets are broken and shedding wood. The unit is also very infested with roaches all over the place, I’ve called multiple for pest control to come and they don’t come, take in mind we pay for pest control every month. The laundry room blew up 4 months ago and it’s yet to be fixed. Neighbors are the worst here blast music all night they don’t care at all. I had some crazy lady come and bang on my door and try to break in and start screaming at me and telling me to come out because “ I was making noise” when I was on the phone with my mom. The people in the office are super rude they don’t care about your problems or stuff that needs to get fixed they just say they can’t do anything. Another issue is with rent there online sources to pay rent wasn’t working and they made people get money orders and the utility bills weren’t added or included in the rent and they said they wouldn’t charge people until next month rent was due but then you get a five day notice on your door. My fridge also has been leaking since I moved in September of 2023 and to this day they haven’t fixed it. I can’t wait to leave this place and the horrible management and the people that live here. I’ve been trying to get out of here as soon as possible but they are trying to make me pay an extra 4,000 dollars extra to leave this hell hole. All the doors in your unit will be broken closets, bathroom, pantry doors are the worst. The parking lots are full of homeless people and there is no gates that actually work anyone can walk in and out of this place and they do. Not safe at all they said there is security now but I have never seen none. This is not a place for families to live because it is not safe. You won’t get good sleep you can hear all the cars on the street and cops in the middle of the night and people screaming or fighting at 3am. Walls are super thin hear my neighbors abusing each other everyday and dogs getting abused. Just thought I’d let you guys know before you guys make a mistake in signing a lease here DONT DO IT."

"Tides at East Glendale is Hell disguised as an apartment to say the least. I moved in around Thanksgiving and not even a week living here my car was stolen. I never got to tour the ‘renovated’ apartment prior to moving in, and my move in date was pushed back the DAY OF the original date. Mold in the apartment, rusted AC vents, and HALF of my electrical outlets do not work which wasn’t outlined to me prior to signing the lease. After countless work orders, emails, and trips to the office over the course of 4 months and two management companies.. NOTHING. Big surprise? Not really if you’ve gotten used to living here. My apartment is infested with roaches, bed bugs, and drain flies, drain flies being a sign of a MAJOR plumbing/pipe problem. On Sunday (3/10/24) a pipe burst and the parking lot was literally flooded with poop. I was just trying to leave the complex and went over a speed bump when my car fell into a sink hole because the lot is littered with pot holes. My car is now damaged, smells horrendous, and has mold growing now because of this incident. I had to pay $110 to get it towed out, and even the tow truck fell victim to the 5-6 foot pothole casually chilling in a swamp of all the tenants’ feces, having to wait for a second tow truck to arrive. The new management (02/01/24) is just as good at stealing my $ as the first, I gave them a 5 day notice to resolve all of my apartment’s issues (mainly electrical) on 02/26/24 and since they’ve been radio silent for almost 3 weeks. This place should be shut down, it’s sad apartment complexes are getting away with robbing blue collar folks like they do. They’re not held accountable and lack empathy or morality, I’m sure if I decided to stop paying them that they’d put a million times more effort into getting me out than they ever did helping me out or fixing THEIR MISTAKES. Despite all these problems I’ve been paying on time and the full amount for an apartment that’s not up to code in any universe. Save yourself from signing with the devil, and DO NOT MOVE HERE. You’ve been warned. 3rd time posting someone keeps deleting review."

"Recently moved out. Not a place to live if you have children or a family. Lots of noise and violence. Homeless people walk around the complex at all hours of the day and night. The management changes every other month. The apartments are "remodeled" hastily by people who do not know what they are doing. The work orders are either done incorrectly or just ignored by maintenance workers. The windows and walls are paper thin, you can definitely hear people fighting or having sex. In the last 4 months there has been an influx of tenants that look like migrants, they all walk around the complex in packs and pull up playing Spanish music at high volume late at night. The police are always there at odd hours of the night. The laundry room burned down four months ago and has yet to open. People dispose of their trash bags all over the complex. Pest issues include german roaches and bed bugs. The water in the buildings is turned off randomly due to plumbing issues in the buildings. Good luck taking a shower before work. The rent for a 1 bed room is 1200 dollars plus. My advice is to save your money and your sanity, please rent somewhere else."

"Had a renovated studio unit. This complex is roach infested, and my air vents were extremely rusted. You can hear everything happening outside your apartment. Luckily, my upstairs neighbors were amazing, but my direct neighbors were horrible. The one to my right ended up getting evicted and had court notices all over his door. He would play music on his speaker right outside my window all day from 8am-11pm smoking weed on a stool. Luckily, the next resident who moved in was super respectful and nice. The one to my left would talk on the phone with the speaker on anywhere starting from 4am. It was loud enough I could hear every word from the person on the other line from my own bed. Parking spots are unassigned and super small, but there are a generous amount of spots. A lot of homeless people wonder through the complex, but I never had any issues with my car being broke into. As long as you don't mind roaches and manage to get respectful neighbors in this community you'll live."
