"Waste of time. I think that it is very unfair to refuse to rent me and my family an apartment because of a background check that is over 15 years old. People change for the better and my life is great now. I am a productive member to society and a hard working family man. Been a truck driver now for 7 years. I love my career and I have a great job. Something needs to be done about certain individuals trying to hold people back because of mistakes they've made in the past(15 years ago). But I will continue to hold my head high and not let unfair hateful people get me down. I've never experienced this til now so I admit it is very upsetting to me."
"When I lived here, i noticed a bad roach problem. Arizona is obviously a hot place but that should not be a recurring issue. Also the gates were not locked. If not for those issues it would have been acceptable to reside."
"I have lived at this property for four years. I still have my original lease. Management teams changed over years. Per my original lease the apartment was supposed to be painted for free after three years including changing carpet and pretty much anything applicable due to wear and tear. Marina was only helpful after I have contacted Tyler. Loren on the other hand is really nice on the phone but you get nowhere. I got charged fees when I moved out that Loren explained what they were but per my original lease I shouldn’t have been charged those fees. Carpet replacement fee, painting fee but remember I never got any new paint after three years nor carpet which is where I paid the higher fees. I can’t say I dislike or hate or whatever negative other than the truth. Some gun shots happened on the property and never once management addressed this issue. Yes I agree with Kurt that the property got worse and worse over time."
"Extremely happy with the apartment that we moved into and literally thrilled to have a management team like Marina and Loren. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and hopes. Paradise Falls is clean and well-maintained. There is regular pest control and weekly landscaping that keep the property in outstanding condition. I have absolutely no complaints and nothing but praise for the management team."
