"I just moved in and am so excited to be apart of Senita on Cave Creek. Aaliyah was so sweet and helpful. Made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions. The grounds are well kept and welcoming, The apartments have beautiful features and amenities. Great rent prices for such an amazing place. Office staff has been very friendly and made the move in experience great and easy!"

"My boyfriend and I have lived at Senita since July and absolutely love it. I adore how it doesn’t feel like a traditional apartment complex but more like little homes. I also love how we are secluded from major traffic areas but we aren’t too far from areas like Desert Ridge so we can go do things when we want. The view from our place is phenomenal as well and we enjoy sitting out there looking at the mountains. We got dog in November and the dog park has been absolutely amazing because we can train him there, let him run around with friends and he has a place to go potty. To top it off the maintenance team is super quick and friendly, I trust them to fix anything that comes up. They also keep the property looking amazing. The pool is always so clean. The leasing office was wonderful when we first signed and has been responsive to anything that we’ve needed."

"The review is strictly for the associate manager and main manager. Maintenance and the leasing associate (Aliyah I believe is how you spell her name) they are absolutely on it all the time. They are kind and know how to talk to people. The managers are completely opposite. I’m not able to pay on the app so I use cashiers checks. The last 3 cashiers checks I brought in there was not one mention of a $15 charge to process. I go on Thursday and the assistant manager says “that will be an additional $15 charge” I responded with they were killing me and I did not know about this charge. The manager Amanda comes walking out said they have been doing me a courtesy but it’s in my lease. I told her I wanted to see where it was in my lease and she replied again “it’s in your lease” I told her to show it to me and she said she’ll email it. I went and got the cashiers check so I didn’t get charged any late fees. When I got back 20 minutes later it was Aliyah and the managers were gone. Aliyah took the time to show me where in my lease it states that. It wasn’t there on my 2022 lease but my 2023 lease. I thanked her for showing me because I truly had no idea and no offense but they read these leases everyday we don’t. A courtesy would have been “hey next cashiers check you would be charged $15 extra dollars for processing” that’s how you communicate. These managers don’t know how to treat anyone with respect or communicate on anything. I’m at manager myself and this apartment complex knows nothing about communication, respect, or how to go about situations. I’m already looking for new places but if Aliyah was manager I’d stay. She is truly the sweetest and understands situations. The DL needs to come down to this location ASAP and teach proper communication. No wonder why people don’t renew and you’ve had people sitting outside the complex with signs saying don’t live here. Thank you Aliyah and Maintenance for being kind!"

"We really enjoy living here at Senita on Cave Creek! The office team is great and very responsive to any issues or requests: Amanda, Zach, Aaliyah, Kenny, Josh, and Ronald. Very quick response on maintenance requests and grounds are keep clean! We feel very safe here and wouldn't live anywhere else!"
