She contributes a lot towards the welfare of tenants and works hard. Therefore, it is suggested that corporate should consider promoting her so that her skills can be utilized to get the work done around the community."

"We have been having water issues for the last 2 weeks. First, it was no hot water, then no water at all, and now no hot water at all. Office sends emails saying that they are working on restoring it, but they should not be allowed to leave tenants without hot water for weeks. Today, 2/28/24 we lost hot water around noon and the office sent out an email saying they will send updates but it is now 11 pm without any updates about when it will come back. Email also says to refrain from calling or contacting the office about the matter. If any tenants are reading this there is a law that requires the landlord to provide reasonable hot water (A.R.S. 13-1324). If the hot water isn't fixed in a reasonable time frame tenants are able to break the lease with proper notice."

"Unfortunately, I need to re-dact my previous Post. Having HOT running water is a basic necessity, that I am sure all of you would want, if you resided here. How are the NUMEROUS e-mails sent out urging residents to pay On time, your ALWAYS anticipated Office closures and information regarding Pets, yet it is an issue and being asked to refrain from calling the Office, for an emergency which HOT WATER is? The maintenance phone number is listed on one of your Office e-mails, so of course you will be contacted. Isn't that part of Office personnel 's job? Make it make sense . OH, and your e-mail asking tenants to refrain from calling was sent AFTER people started complaining."

"We no longer reside there. Maintenance does not respond to requests and the office is closed more than open. The property has gone downhill with the change in management. The pool is constantly closed during the warm months. Families don't pay attention to their children. They have a bug problem as well. As of 1/18/24 they stole our buyout money and alleged we never paid and I have proof of the payment. This place is the worst place to live."

"My experience with this apartment so far is amazing ms Kiana Taylor got me approved literally within three hours I’m in Denver co she’s been so helpful and answered all my questions with respect & with honesty , she emails me back fast with very well put answers I’m looking forward to starting my new journey there in Az thanks for all your help so far !! Also Ryan ( don’t know his last name ) but he was very helpful when I called as well the front office staff is so nice !! Keep up the amazing job !!"
