"Don't move here if you like having clean clothes. The laundry rooms here are awful. They're closing the one near the office at 6 pm instead of fixing their locks (which we all have key fobs for) and every other laundry room is disgusting and broken. One of them is absolutely trashed. One of the washers is just full of moldy water because they refuse to fix it. Get a new vendor!! We pay rent and one of the amenities we pay for is being able to do our laundry. It's so ridiculous.... Get it together. So many roaches. It's depressing. You'll spend so much money trying to get rid of them and nothing works. This complex is disgusting."

"Terrible experience, the leasing agent is super rude, never willing to assist without sarcasm. Apt went 8 days without a working a/c, didn’t even provide an option or portable unit and it was 115 outside. No communication. Large cut out in the bathroom ceiling, not repaired for 3 months. Had to constantly fight to finally get it fixed. Do better."

"I have lived here for 5 years and in the past year it has become a bad place to live. Laundry rooms have homeless entering to stay because doors are broken cannot lock. Multiple Washers and Dryers do not work. Multiple occupants in 1 bedroom apartments. Landscaping is no longer being kept up. The price of rent is no longer worth living in this community. Very disappointed!!!!!"

"Updated to 1 star. I hate this place. If you look at my other reviews, I am NOT a negative reviewer. That is how seriously wrong this place is. For example, our water was turned off 2x in one week. And today, they scheduled a water repair and closed their office all day. Water was supposed to be done at 2. I came home at 4:30 and our water is still off. No notice about delay. They keep having to fix things when they should just go building by building to replace so they can be more effective. They turned off our AC in November well before the temps dropped below 80. And yes, you read that right, THEY turned off our AC. You have no thermostat nor control over this. Many residents have their fans and windows going to cool down. The boilers heat the place up. This place is roach infested. The popcorn ceiling is covered in dust. No one has been here to replace my filters. My sliding glass door can be pulled open even locked and no, you can’t put a stopper in because of the design. The screen door doesn’t line up or lock. Safety!!!! Yay! I asked about the gates that are never closed and was told “they’re trying to find a new servicing company” like come on, it’s not that hard given that every apartment complex has one and multiple servicers are nearby. You’re paying for a gym you can’t use but is apparently going to be renovated. Pro: quiet, neighbors are fine and very nice. The maintaining team is very kind. I do appreciate them. Like my last review, they’re doing their best. ——old review below Don’t move here. I moved in in January. It was pretty good then. Very quite complex overall. I needed to move quickly otherwise I would have really looked at everything. This isn’t uncommon, but here are cockroaches here. When they said they would come bomb the entire building, they NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP to my apartment for 8 hours. I had to bring my cat somewhere else, scrub my entire place and remove everything from my kitchen to be covered with sheets. I came back at 4pm that day and realized my apartment looked the same. When I asked if they had been in there, the office lady said “oh well they’re still here. They just got here at 4.” Unacceptable. The vents are covered on a black substance..which I’m sure you know what I’m thinking. My dishwasher was broken the entire time and was covered in brown gunk. The management will not respond to you timely. In fact, I have been ignored in the past. I try to stay cordial and out of their hair but some things I really need help with. Plus, I pay to live here. My door jam is so loose, I asked for it to be fixed and they just screwed one side tight and left the other side loose. I now have a secondary jam personally. They have bitten off more than they can chew with tenants. The maintenance team is very kind but they’re obviously backlogged. That is how much is unfortunately wrong with the place. You have to use the chiller system, which means you cannot set the temp of your apartment. Either hot or cold. And this year I can count that our water has been shut off multiple times, the ac’s have gone out multiple times, the laundry mat has not worked multiple times. They have a gate system which is not used so people come in and out. There are drug addicts dumpster diving in the parking lot. The pool is gross. It’s been green and not cleaned more times than I can count this summer. Just now I was locked inside the pool gates because you have to use a key to get in and out and both locks were jammed. And it’s Labor Day so no one was there but luckily a family helped. They have ruined the grass with overwatering and the landscaping is trashed. We have monsoons which is reasonable but it’s just gotten worse. The Amazon locker is on the fritz a lot. May not be their problem, but still. There is open parking but there are also a handful of people who abandon cars etc."

"Edit: now we're not allowed to have curtains up on our patios to keep things private. You can see directly into patio windows if there aren't curtains up. Absolutely ridiculous. Everyone has them up. What a terrible management company. They're saying it's to make the community look better... I think there are probably more important things to focus on with this community if you're trying to make it look better lol This complex is roach infested. German roaches which are a nightmare get rid of. My apartment was disgusting when I moved in. Filthy. Roach droppings everywhere behind the fridge, in the closets. Gaping holes under cabinets in walls leading directly into the foundation. Mold is obviously everywhere in my bathroom, they tried to paint over it to hide it. Maintenance requests take weeks to be attended to. Even emergency ones. They don't water the grass, so you get to look at dirt when you walk outside. Smells like rotten eggs all around the complex, and inside of apartment. People playing loud music and management refuses to do anything about it. So many homeless people hanging out in parking lots and in laundry rooms. We pay for security in our rent and they do absolutely nothing to make the complex feel safe. Gates are always broken, so don't trust anything that says gated community. The laundry rooms are gross and machines are always broken. Surprised they haven't gotten new machines or anything... They're updating the complex to appear nice so they can draw in and trap new renters, but aren't doing anything to make it nice, safe or enjoyable for current residents. Do not rent here. It's disgusting. I wish I could break my lease. So many other people here just abandon their apartments and now I know why."
