"I was so hopeful about this place. Decent price. Beautifully renovated apartments. Maintenance appeared responsive when I first moved in. Yet, I’ve submitted numerous work orders on the lack of hot water over the past three months, and my issue is still unresolved. They charge for water and then tell you to let your water warm up due to a boiler system on property that doesn’t provide hot water to all the units. It has been explained to me that chances are slim I will be able to have hot water in the kitchen sink. On top of that, multiple times I’ve had work orders “fixed” just to have more problems then when I started. Maintenance has entered my unit without my permission with no follow-up on purpose. Received no response to an email of concern I sent. This place has great potential, but it’s clear that staff are not concerned once you become a resident. Update: Called the number provided in the response from owner. Took me to the leasing office where they are already aware of my situation and have not resolved it."

"We are extremely thankful for them hiring a new manager named Yolanda Hernandez, she is the nicest lady I've ever met and she will always make time to help you with whatever you need. The lady who worked here prior was very rude and didn't care about anything. So, thankfully they replaced her with the best person possible. "Reasons for moving out - Lisa, the unfriendly, inattentive, and unhelpful apartment manager. The maintenance guy barging into my apartment at 7am while I was sleeping. The constantly barking dog upstairs. The lack of hot water for 6 months and the utter disregard of that. The vandalism. The filthy jacuzzi. The constant pool closures. The people sleeping in the laundry room and bathing in the outside water spigots. The parking lot lights not working the entire year I lived there while constantly being told that “replacement bulbs were on order” lol! And of course the crime that comes with such conditions. It was a truly horrible year and I’m so happy it’s over."

"When we first moved we loved it here and when Barbie & Brittany where there they were amazing and super helpful with everything but then we got new management and everything went down hill from there rent got more expensive and they were charging for everything and whenever you had a maintenance request they would take forever to come fix it I had a hole over my kitchen and bath tub for at least 2 months before they came to fix it but they are real quick to overcharge for everything! Also be careful with your cars! One of my car was vandalized and the other was hit in the parking lot … and there’s no cameras! And the new lady at the office is super rude to people and never answers the phone and always with an attitude to everything I would always second guess even calling for anything . And DONT FORGOT when it rains especially the apartment near the Main Street rain will get in thru your windows in the kitchen and the room in the front my daughters crib would get wet of how much water gets in when it rains and the kitchen is the same … I complain since I moved in they knew about the problem even told me they were aware of it but they never fixed it!"

"These guys are tops in my book! they move quickly to fix issues that come up. the campus is very clean and it stays pretty quiet. You must see the new covered playground its amazing with exercise/workout equipment too. The Apartment Manager is engaging and very involved with everybody, knowing everybody by first name."
