"I thought moving here would be a step up for the family but I was wrong because as a current resident I’m highly disappointed in this property and management isn’t any help. I constantly put in work orders for the ac unit, the water heater it’s just a continuous problem. This property has a serious roach issue that needs fixing I’m finding bugs all the time and they are huge. So if you don’t mind spending over $2,000 for a unit that doesn’t come with the basic amenities verrano is the place you wanna be."
"Unfortunately this place was a dream staff friendly but as far as keeping up with their administration work they really dropped the ball apartment wasn't ready on move in day very unsatisfied with the lack of effort of things not being completed on time but a beautiful place to live.. update they tried there best to make the situation go in a more positive manner. Keys where given in a timely manner."
