"Update Update we still have roaches. A roach crawled across the kitchen counter this horrific. I want out off my lease Greystar would not allow me. I was offered another rental but the other rental was worse shower in the master bathroom black stuff between the tile look disgusting. Please don’t move here the outside will fool you. They gave me washer and fridge from another unit both were nasty. The apartments are very old. Someone painted all over plastic baseboards. Burn spray 4 times still roaches I am very miserable. I am a veteran fixed income now I got to decide jump the lease. I have excellent credit don’t want to ruin it. I need help getting out. I am scared to be here in the summer. There is lot holes in exterior and strips for doors missing outside bugs easily come in I have sewer roach and crickets. I just moved into my apartment on 10/12/2023. My apartment was a nightmare and I want out of my lease. My apartment is filthy. I didn't see my apartment before I moved in. I asked to see the apartment 2 weeks before move in I was told they was painting I couldn't see. I am shocked to see a roach in the guest bathroom on 10/15/2023. I can't sleep knowing a roach in my apartment. My apartment is filthy the floors were dirty you can see mud. There is a wasp nest on my patio with bird poop. The screen on patio cobwebs and dirty all over it. The handle on my patio door caked dirt. Light bulb out throughout the apartment including exterior light out very dark at my door. The blinds old dirty throughout the apartment and guest bedroom blind broke. Blinds to patio dirty. Doors throughout apartment had lipstick on them. The washer didn't work correct I had to wring my towels with hand. The smooth top is destroyed with scratches and chips missing the dial area look like it was set on fire black smoke on dial area. I need new stove. I bought groceries my ice cream took to long to get hard. The refrigerator is on 10 when I arrived but food doesn't stay properly cold. The garage door doesn't close all the way got lock it to keep it closed. I was given my garage key that is broke. I can't get in the gates. I have no key for pool or gym. I emotionally stressed and unacceptable apartment I can't live in. I am sure nothing will be fix. I need new stove fridge and washer. The office closed on Mondays another day with roaches. I am allergic to roaches I feel they knew this unit have roaches. I can't believe Greystar hand me keys to a nasty apartment with roaches. I want terminate my lease and leave. If I was given opportunity to see the apartment I wouldn't have accepted the conditions. Neighbor told me last tenants were evicted which explain why the apartment so nasty which Greystar should have cleaned it. I used to live next door to Andante I left because of rats and dirty grounds but they didn't have roaches. The rats were outside and they got rid of them. Do not rent here they have roaches. I need to get an attorney to get out of this lease I am scared to go asleep roaches!! My puppy could get sick from roaches too. Both bathrooms smell like cat piss. I scubbed bathroom with bleach and lemon lysol still smell like piss. The community on outside neat clean grounds but this apartment straight out of hell. Unbelievable handed me a key to a nasty apartment spent last 2 days scrubbing everything. I listed on my move in sheet but when I turned it in on Saturday I didn't see the roach until Sunday smdh. I pay over 2000 live with roaches that isn't right. Please stay away look nice on outside staff is kind and sweet no complaints with them. I don't know who is responsible but this is unacceptable for the money I paid. I moved her because each unit has garages and I stayed in Awahtukee my neighborhood for 9 years. I am a disabled veteran fix income really can't afford to move again. I am trapped. Please look some where else. I repeat roaches are here. I will be adding my reviews yelp and Apartment ratings website so people can be aware."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Use to be a good establishment with old management. John use to help us out whenever we needed anything. Got it done. Maintenance Thomas was responsive. For it being so expensive you would think there would be no roaches but there is. New management is rude, doesn’t care about what you need. Or any thing you need done at your apartment. Save your money or spend it on a better one for the amount of money you spend here. They won’t care about your want and needs. And it’s the new management there currently."
