"My apartment was burglarized while i was out of town. The office manager didn’t do anything. They did not contact me or the police. They left the door wide open for people to rummage through my home. Thankfully i took everything with me so they didn’t get anything. I reported this crime to the police. The office did not offer to replace or repair my home and i was forced to move out. They are still trying to charge me 1500 dollars that they are not getting from me ever. I have to hire an attorney to help me remove these fraud charges. The office people are disgusting. Don’t trust them. Avoid this place. It’s much worse looking during nighttime. I guess the freak neighbors come out at night."
"UPDATE- if you’re thinking of moving here. Don’t unless you have nowhere else to go. Bad neighborhood. Apartment , entire building and parking lot has water problems. Continuously coming home to toilet water covered side walks, toilet paper covered side walks because of sewage clean out won’t stay closed. Complaints have been made. Nothing helps."
"you get what you pay for. bad area, my license plate was stolen off my car, mold issues inside, toilet backed up and flooded at least 3 times when I wasnt home. Deposite was also pretty much stolen from me even when I left the unit very neat. also if you dont fumigate yourself expect a lot of roaches"
"People know what and where they are moving too stop complaining and look at the positivity of it especially with the pandemic and rental prices these days. I have lived here for over 6 months now and no complaints! Maria Sara Erica office staff & Mario maintenance have been so nice and helpful. Much appreciated :)"
