"I have NEVER had such a smooth and stress-free leasing experience in my life! Breanne in the front office was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! for once someone wasn't just worried about money. She really wanted to help me and my babies, she listened and never once did I not feel heard when working with her. I recommend this beautiful property 10000%. But, if you go in.. work with her. She got the process done and had me approved in less than 48 hours! To top it off she got my babies a gift and put smiles on their faces, just because. I am grateful for her and she really deserves a raise! This is true tenant service! I Love my new home"

Pierre from maintenance at Tides on 71st exceeded my expectations by replacing all my light bulbs and providing exceptional assistance. He even went the extra mile by asking if there was anything else he could do for me. I highly recommend his services!"

"@tides on 71st have to be the most un polite place to tour for a residency. The people at the office look like they’re miserable, they always have an attitude and never wanting to help you out. As a resident, AC has been blown out for months and no issues been fix they charge for renovated apartments and they look like there just touch up and they charge like you living in paradise valley. Water heater never works 3 min hot shower. I don’t recommend living here not even one bit, spend a little extra and go somewhere where management cares and the area is safe gun shots every day. Gates are always open my vehicle has been vandalized more than twice, as you can see in the picture below they charge for amenities but can’t have the city come and clean out the trash. Don’t recommend one bit don’t fall for fake reviews!"

"I currently live at these apartments and if I would be able to rate them 0 stars I would and here’s why. New management is terrible. Everybody at the office is unprofessional and doesn’t help at all, I have requested maintenance many times and they always keep getting canceled, the walls in my bathroom are growing mold but no that request was also canceled, and my boiler is failing only have hot water for 5 minutes and they supposedly “fixed” it. I have 2 years living in this apartment complex and I always get charged for a pest control fee but never do I see them doing pest control. My wife is a very clean woman and she keeps our home clean but yet we see roaches here and there. Do not move in these apartments you will regret it. EDIT: I wanted to write another review but I wasn’t able to and how I said if I were able to rate them 0 stars I would. To begin with the pools are dirty and green and we’re never cleaned throughout the whole summer. If you live in apartments with a pool you would like to go for a swim but no maintenance is trash and doesn’t pay attention to anything. Garbage piles up for weeks and it doesn’t seem like they are doing anything. AGAIN do not move here you will regret it!"
