Vista Ridge Apartments

"Only 1 staff member was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff. Management is not at all professional or sympathetic to anyone. Disorganized misleading and untrustworthy notices are sent to the residents of reasons for entering. Only to have no one show up to address the "issue" management' states there is in one's apartment. The ceo is of no help in any situation. Does not return calls even after leaving many voicemails. It didnt even matter that it was an urgent matter. Because of this, relocating myself and kids after only living there for 4 months was required. Poor professionalism leads to many mistakes and difficult situations."

"I am very pleased with the customer service I received throughout the application process at Vista Ridge. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and welcoming. Property manager Imelda, and the entire team at Vista Ridge genuinely care about the satisfaction, well-being, and safety of its residents. Unfortunately, while Imelda was assisting me with my application in the office, a frustrated person interrupted our meeting and was verbally aggressive/threatening towards Imelda. Despite the disrespectful approach, Imelda remained positive and held her composure; demonstrating patience and professionalism."

"If I could rate this place a ZERO I would!! They definitely are scamming people that apply!! And it’s sad because this is a low income apartment complex knowing we are obviously not making top dollar like other people!! I told them to cancel my application because everything was taking too long to even get a response about my application so I found somewhere else! They asked me where I wanted my refund sent to not knowing I already got it through my bank. Well they ended up reversing it and took it back! Told the bank I signed papers stating it wasn’t guaranteed holding deposit back! Umm I know what I signed and I wouldn’t sign nothing like that! Especially 300!! They are shady af!!!!!! But I have proof with their emails asking where I wanted my refund sent back too and we all know it wasn’t the application fee because we never get those back and I know that! Don’t apply here!!!!!! They will do u shady!!!"

"I was approved, but couldn't move in until 10/20/23. I was given a regular 3 bedroom but I needed the handicap accessible. I spoke to the Manager and I was placed in a handicap assessible and she gave me time to move out of the other apartment. She is really good at her job. All of the staff have been great, but Macy was outstanding. I really appreciate everything they did for me. I'm still unpacking but I love my apartment. Thanks Vista Ridge"

"I applied in July and was denied early August. I has been 2 months and they have not sent my deposit back. The Apartment may seem nice with happy staff but that is just to lure people in so they can steal from people who can't afford to sue them. I would advise everyone to not apply to these thieves."
