"My wife and I recently completed a whirlwind tour of ALL the major luxury apartments in the downtown phoenix area and ONLY the Moontower stood out for its exceptional customer service and attention to detail. When we showed up the leasing agent (Zachary) greeted us with a smile and was 100% prepared for us. Sadly EVERY other apartment's agent 'didn't have a record of our appointment' or was late (30 min+) or just wanted to shuffle us through as fast as possible. Zachary took the time to hear what we were looking for, offer suggestions, offer to show us above and below our target as comparison, show us multiple options of the specific floorplan once we narrowed down what we liked, and took us to nearly every corner of the SPECTACULAR building. After an exhausting day of looking at many other properties we knew Moontower was the one. We called Zachary back and asked if we could take one more peek and he welcomed us back immediately and unconditionally. When we arrived, not only Zachary but the other staff all said 'welcome back' and seemed genuinely happy that we had returned. The next day I even traded emails and texts with Zachary for a few more last minute questions which he very promptly answered. Needless to say we put the Ap are anxiously awaiting our upcoming move-in date. Props to this facility's management for putting top-notch folks up front; I anticipate that is a reflection of what our living experience will be soon!"
