"Ms.D was great!!! I wish it was more communication with corporate and the higher ups as far as approving peoples applications. I waited so long with all my things in order just to be told I make to much monthly but I qualify Annually I’m under what the limit is that you need to make with the amount of people I have but didn’t qualify because of a made up calculations. Not real life. So it’s a bit confusing as to what they really want. I feel it can be so simple. Corporate needs to answer or have a better way to be contacted and get back with future tenants."
"Waisted 6 months on this place, literally lost my housing waiting on these ppl. Thank god, I was given some buy time. Filled out multiple apps, to finally find out there’s no move date insight for me with this property. I feel, misled and betrayed! I am livid, and feel they should compensate ppl like me, who waisted valuable time and money to hear no move date!! 4 long months of stress! And now have to wait on my returned DEPOSIT!!! This is not way directed towards Ms D, she did her best to help."
