I provided the income then the next statement was that oh your two businesses has two different addresses so we can't approve hello why would two businesses have the same addresses if it's two different business.that right there makes no sense at all to me but hey these ppl are crooks good luck to who ever apply here ."
"So much to write. HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT!. They don't care about tenants. Homeless, roach and bug infested. They rack up their money any way they can with fees, just because fees and might as well fees. Never pick up their phone and always close maintenance request without checking or finishing the job. Someone is always dying, shot at or a kid is almost hit because they're always unsupervised. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!"
"Lexi and the staff here are really AMAZING!!!! They really care and look after their community here at La Estrella Vista. They go out of their way to help you with any issue you may have day or night. It’s hard to find a caring Apartment Community like this."
"Great community, gated off and looks to be super safe. The property is super clean and the renovations done to the buildings add a lot of character to it. It’s bright colors create a vibrant feel and can make anyone feel like they are living in a resort!"
"So we just moved in and all I want to say is I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the office manager she is amazing! Her vibe is just awesome she is always so kind and understanding! This is a major upgrade from where my family and I were. The unit is beautiful! This place always has community events for everyone to join in on! Kids adults and all!! Thank you so much for paying it forward and making us renters feel appreciated!"
