"This place sucks I'm dealing with loud upstairs ppl that are here everyday 24/7 making noises, what worse is they play around in the bathroom at night and they have their kids running around like a damn playground. I don't recommend this place it ridiculous management did nothing to evict them it also ghetto here."

"I wanted to apply to this apartments for my parents and when I called to ask if i make an a appointment the manager cut me off and say "no you need to do it online" and later says anything else i can help you with and when I said no that was all thanks, she just hangs up the phone! that should've been my sign to look for other apartments. So I tried to apply online like she said, I was creating an account and the website said duplicate email meaning someone already registered with that email so i'm confused cause it's my first time even looking up the website so I tried to reset my password by pressing "FORGOT PASSWORD" and the website said there's no account to register to that email...so I can't even apply to the apartments? imma try calling again today to see if I can apply in person this time maybe she won't be rude."

"They told us to come on Saturday to show them pay stubs the lady had told me that the 2 bedroom apt wasn’t available till September 30! When my mom goes in they don’t wanna accept her pay stubs because they decided to go on a lunch break and told her the apartment was already rented then why tf are you saying to pull on a weekend and then say it’s rented outta of a sudden but now reading these reviews I probably saved myself from a lot these people claim to help low income families but wanna ignore my mom because they were rushing for a lunch break LOL do better or hire people that actually wanna work!"

"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I currently live in these apartments and the vandalism and break ins are horrible! We currently got some tools stolen from my work truck ($1,000 value) and when asked the office for help they demanded a police report. Finally when we got a police report they asked what we wanted them to do, my response was to please look over the security surveillance cameras to help finde the thief and their response was “They Do Not Work!! “ So before moving in just know Lots of trans passers who will vandalize/break into your vehicles gates are open 24/7 so anyone can come in to our living spaces and if anything happens to our belongings or our FAMILIES we do not have any support from our landlords here San Giovanni"

"Late fees go up the 2 day. I would understand if these apartments playground where nice. If the inside where updates. These apartment been the same since they first build them. Plus i been living here for 3 years finally put a new boiler but the hot water doesnt last when u shower. Supposedly its missing a part i been waiting for 3 months. If i been waiting for 3 month then why charger me late fees. The kkds playground OLD AS HELL BROKEN TOO EVER SINCE I MOVED IN 3 YEARS AGO. RENT WENT UP BUT WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING TO REMODEL THEM PLAYGROUND N FIX THE GATES"
