"Rae did the best she could for everyone. She was the mediator between the people who live here and the people who own it. She was very friendly and tried to understand you no matter your situation. I'm sad that she's no longer here because she made these apartments better and more lively. She is the reason so many people aren't homeless right now. She deserved better treatment and I'm glad she will find it!"

"Our AC went out on July 29th (it still worked just not as cold as it was).. Jose was fast to come in, assess the issue, he had to order a new part.. Came in today Aug 1st and replaced it with no problems. My wife and I have been here for almost two years now in the back building and no problems whatsoever. Janet in the office is always friendly and polite.. Great staff.. Nice and safe for our daughter. Only issues we have seen are the ones people bring with them. The office staff does an awesome job of getting rid of the troublemakers almost as soon as they come in..they are on their way out.. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone as a transition point.. or for long term housing. Five Stars!!"

"When we moved in, I asked the receptionist if I could bring in a 2ft tall bookcase. "Yes", was her only response. We are bringing it in that same evening, maintenance "catches" us bringing the bookshelf in. He starts yelling and threatening to tell on us. Of course my husband raises is voice back. In fear to be homeless we throw the bookshelf away. The next day office is open and I ask. Another receptionist said it was ok for the bookshelf but it had to be inspected by them. I complain to her about maintenance being rude. Of course they take maintenance's side. My husband, 4 yr old and I got kicked out within 3 days. Cold blooded. We are getting kicked out due to misunderstanding by tomorrow 11am. Update!! Manager isn't bad. Looks like he had a change of heart and let us stay as long as the maintenance and us worked things out. They want no tension between guests and workers. Totally understandable. It's a great place to stay."

"I stayed here for 3 years and had no problems. If you stay to yourself and mind your own business you will have no problems. If there are problems, it seems like management takes care of it right away. I do have to admit that when I moved into one unit there were a lot of roaches after another lady moved out but management sent in pest control and I had never seen another roach in the entire 3 years that I was there."
