"It's actually one of tdd he best apartments you'll find out here. Not many maintenance issues, no pest issues, no disturbance issues - security guard on site after hours. Clean. Office staff is fair, friendly and easy. The only reason I left one star out is because the worst problem is the water gets shut off, more often during the summer, but doesn't last past a couple hours and they leave 24 hour notice on doors. So with all the issues and inflated priced places out here, you'd be wise to choose this one. ----- Part two My last review still stands. But I had to remove a star because I moved out of these apartments today and it's pretty typical of most places but they won't give you any of your deposit back. I understand a cleaning fee but they charged 500 for carpet that was stain and odor free and not damaged. So keep that in mind when not renewing. ***They changed the name of their apartment complex***"

"I wish I could give them no stars. This place is the worst. They are trying to charge us for carpet replacement. We got it cleaned before moving out like they asked. When we did the inspection the manager went to a corner of the room like she knew that she would find something and she pulled the carpet up. They are saying they needed to replace the carpet and treat the concrete as well because of a strong urine smell and there were no accidents in that apartment. This apartment complex will do anything for money. DO NOT LIVE HERE ITS THE WORST AND NOT WORTH IT."

"I loved living here, it was only for 6 months but still everything was great. It's a well kept complex, I never had bugs. Maintenance fixed my problems quickly and the staff was great. I even had good neighbors. If there was some issue and they asked you to pay for something after moving out then there's obviously something else going on because they won't just randomly make something up. I had actually signed another lease but decided to leave and I paid for the extra month i was there but that was no big deal."

"I've lived here for over a year and it's always clean and well kept. I don't have any bugs and the staff in the front are always friendly and helpful. The price isn't bad for what you get, the apartment I live in is very nice. Other then their new policy of having your vehicle towed if you accidently don't have your parking permit in your window and park under covered parking, I've had a very good experience living here and signed a new lease."

"BUYER BEWARE!!! Worst apartments I've ever lived at bed bugs nothing lasts almost all our appliances broke half way through our 6 month lease. The apartment is on a busy street with no gate so anyone can walk right up to your apartment I found out some dude was watching my twins sleep through their bedroom window at night. My toilet broke and it took them 2 months after repeatedly asking for them to fix it. The light in my kitchen went out took them just as long to fix it. I was fined for everything from a dog I don't have to a chair on my back porch that they didn't consider patio furniture even tho I bought it at a patio store. After I went to the office to confront them about it they sent me a notice saying I could no longer talk to them face to face cuz I "verbally abused" the women in the office. The next day they told me they were terminating my lease and didn't have to tell me why. The water randomly was shut off without notice. The day I had my newborn they had our car towed . These people are ruthless and only want money I have never lived in such a horrible place with horrible people I would warn EVERYONE away from this place find somewhere else it is not worth it. Not for these crappy apartments."
