"David was Very polite and informative. he gave me a tour, and was able to answer any and all questions I had. Definitely made me feel comfortable with putting in my application and hopefully renting from them. Also the property looks really nice!"

"So safe has been a so-so experience. The first day of moving in our Uhaul was broken into and had over a thousand dollars stolen and then on the second day of moving we had one of our leather fold-up futon-type couches stolen right from our doorstep... other than the false sense of security it's great!!"

"First they denied me but then accepted me through the guarantors. Then the day before I was to move in they overrode my acceptance due to some complaint. I don’t know who complained but I had a roommate I had to get away from. I had already turned on electricity which now I’ll never get back my $309 deposit. My internet was turned on and now I can’t get back my deposit for them either. Had to get an air bnb so I would have a place to stay. They caused such a disturbance in my life!!! I moved here from Michigan and Phoenix hasn’t shown me anything worth writing home about. It’s just another money taking tragedy."

"This is the worst managed/owned complex I have been at in my entire life. If you are thinking of renting , please stay far away. It will not be a happy experience for you. They don’t take security serious . Multiple car break ins on a nightly basis . Rent might say $1300 but after all the pointless fees , you could be looking at around $1500 and that’s not including your water bill. There is No parking and parking cost $50-$75 just to park. The area is unsafe, the lounge closes early . Lots of hidden fees will be in your lease agreement .late fees are outrageous, by day 3 they charge $75 I believe and everyday after that they add on. They lurk all night to see if they can tow your car . Every email gotten has always been negative . It has been a miserable experience."

"For the most part everything is pretty cool here. The only realm problems is that the “brivo” app sucks because it fails when i unlock amenities all the time. The appartments are terribly seal because i have to kill aleast 10 spiders and 10 crickets EVERY DAY. And the pest control has yet to come after putting my apartment on the list 2 times. The dog trash is ALWAYS full and fall out of the can. And most of all the management is 100% wrong for closing the lounge after office hours! We understand you guys have been having trouble with outsiders but instead of improving the terrible security that you hired, you decided to punish the residents who actually live here by taking away the stuff that is supposed to come apart of our rent. That was a very unprofessional way of handling it. There are few of us who actually enjoyed our late night pool games and hangouts in the lounges but now we can’t do that because we get off after it closes. And you took away the amenities and didn’t decrease the rent a dime. So instead of punishing the residents who pay you hard earned money to utilize the amenities, you should look into hiring a better security to help protect what we have here. If not then me and a bunch of other residents will choose to just move to a apartment complex that actually values there residents."
