"The front staff was really nice and efficient with move-in and the facility is nice and new. They stayed after closing to make sure we were able to move in on time, we were very thankful. They are attentive when you are there in person and kind although I did notice that it's difficult to reach them by phone. But after writing this review they gave us a lease violation notice for "washing our car" even though we were just using the spigot to wash off a dirty air filter, not a car. The facility is pretty and everything is new. But their early termination costs are NOT WORTH IT. It's 4 months rent (you can live there for 2 of those months but that's not realistic in an emergency) PLUS $1645 in additional fees just to terminate the lease early. So essentially they charge you 5 months rent to terminate a lease in an emergency! They don't care what the circumstances are or if you have a family emergency. It's outrageous, I've never heard of such insane lease termination fees, not even in California. Usually it's one month's rent in fees, sometimes I've seen up to two months, but never more. Parking is also an issue and I've seen many residents have their cars towed from the lot even though they live there and pay to park there. Not only that, they won't allow us to have a tiny trailer parked there for less than 10 hours overnight even though there are plenty of spots in the front and they have had their own trailers sit in the lot, taking up 7 spots, for a week at a time. Mine would only take one spot and be there substantially less time. And because they wouldn't let us park overnight, it completely ruined thanksgiving plans, wasted hours of our time, and resulted in hundreds $$ in a misshap that wouldn't have happened otherwise... so thanks for screwing that up. The parking spaces near the front gate are always completely empty because apparently no one lives in that part of the building. We were also charged $60 without notice for physically moving into our apartment three days after our lease started. So not only did we pay for the rent for the days we weren't even living there yet, we were charged extra fees just because we weren't there yet. Front gate is almost always broken so there is essentially no security. They also haven't taken care of the broken umbrellas in the pool area for the 3+ months they have been busted and have caution tape around everything. And they place all the tenants in one building so parking for that one building is always packed but the rest of the lot is always empty, like they don't spread out the occupants. Upstairs neighbors of our garage also have pigeons so bird food and feathers are always getting in our garage. And there is always this aggressive Chihuahua that runs up to people. The dog park is always caked in poop residue so it's kind of gross to even let dogs walk around in it. The rooms are so small we had to buy a smaller, lofted bed. The building was so poorly constructed, glue from the floor seeps out of the cracks and I have to scrub the floor by hand once a week to get all the glue patched off. They cut corners everywhere but overcharge as much as they can. They even have granite countertops in every apartment but have not had them sealed! I've never heard of someone cutting a corner like that, you NEED to seal granite so it doesn't get damaged or soak in liquids. I'm surprised it was even an option for them to not get done. There are also no restaurants nearby, only fast food. There must be little insulation between floors because I occasionally get woken up in the middle of the night to the sound of my upstairs neighbors' bed creeking... So loundly that it sounds like it's happening right in front of my face. You're also not allowed to wash your own car. And there are often neighbors screaming in the parking lot in the middle of the night waking everyone up. But your windows don't open so you can't open them to simply ask then to be quiet. Save yourself money and headache, don't move here. They use jetty for your security deposit, so you won't be reimbursed at moveout"
"I’ve been living here for 7 months and honestly love it so far. I feel safe and environment is quiet and clean. The ladys at the office are always helpful and if you have a problem , they’ll work on it fast. Thank you “The Riley” for making me feel home."
"The one star is specifically just for the property. It’s a new community so obviously that’s a plus, it’s located near plenty of shopping and near the freeway. The amenities are cool. As far as the office goes, the leasing girls are nice and are always there to offer help. The manager Mayra is condescending, rude and combative."
"Very dissatisfied with the community. Since living here I’ve had countless of packages stolen from my front door. Someone is always parked in my assigned parking spot. The front gate is always broken. The pool and spa are always dirty and or not functioning properly. The steps and stair way is always disgusting. There is always dog poop, and trash scattered across the property. There is always someone outside the stairway drinking liquor and smoking weed. Highly would not recommend this place I regret signing a lease here everyday. *The office staff has been rude and hostile ever since I left my honest review.*"
"Love living in this community so calm and comfortable. The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. Everything is maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. It is a friendly place to live that is close to everything thanks to Giselle for accommodating us. The maintenance team is really nice. Would definitely recommend others to rent here :)"
