"Have lived here since September of 2023. Never had a late payment always had issues. The cameras never worked my electricity would always go in and out. I went to pay my last month of rent where it bounced back and gave me a bunch of fees. I have enough money for the funds to get taken out of however they added all these extra fees onto my account. Called the office with horrible customer service experience. Highly do not recommend living here unless you don’t want everything that is offered."

"It seems like a beautiful apartment but the apartment seems very small for the price with the additional fees. I just want to leave this information from the leasing office for anyone’s reference. “ We do have a technology package of $165 which includes internet in the home as well as Direct TV Streaming, HBO Max, Cinemax & ShowTime. It also comes with smart home thermostat as well as lights throughout the home & keyless entry with a doorbell camera. We will also have door step trash pickup which would be valet living, this fee would be $35. As, for move in money, that will depend on which day we choose to move in. Any day before the 25th would be just prorated rent of that month. Any day after the 25th would be the remaining days of the month of move in plus next month's rent. For security deposit, we have two options. Our refundable option starts at $900 and can vary depending on screenings, you have the option to choose your own renter's insurance with this company like Geico, state farm etc. As for our non-refundable option, this one does start at $270 and can vary as well, with this option you do have to go through a company called epremium for renters' insurance to get this low security deposit option.”"

"This place is beautiful and well maintained I get home from work usually around 6 AM and every morning I see someone outside cleaning the pool, every week I see the trees and bushes being maintained. If I put in a work order they come as soon as possible. Cody helped us tour and helped us fill out the application he was very helpful. We love the layout of the unit and of course the backyard is so beautiful as well. 100/10 definitely recommend this property we love living here!"
