"Stopped by with a friend who is looking for a place in case I needed to translate for them. But ended up not having to Kimberley was very attentive then Liz was able to jump in and help. It was so nice to see people actually want to help instead of being dismissive. You can tell they love their job. Really like the location, we can walk to Sam's Club and close to my friends work. So happy my friend found a place."

"I'd leave no star if I could....I am not even a resident, & I backin parked there because my niece just moved in less than 5 days ago. I was in the apartment maybe 20mins, came out & they towed my car. That was at 1pm in the afternoon. No where does it say that u can not park backwards in uncovered parking. No signs anywhere for any uncovered parking throughout the whole complex!! The signs are only on the covered parking spots. In which I did not park there. They wana charge me 180 to get my car back...telling me it's policy. How would I know. How would my niece know that her visitors couldn't backup park in uncovered parking. Nor would that be in our thoughts during the midst of helping her move in.. Knowing that was morally wrong to so to someone. & I had my 8yr old daughter with me, crying cause she didn't understand why our car was taken. I didn't either....A simple pardon because I'm a nonresident & I was there less than 20mins. But no. Sad & disgusting how people can be just for money. Please beware nonresidents & family members. God don't like ugly. All I can do is pray for them & hope they be more considerate."

"Grateful to have a place to call home in my transition. When I moved to AZ, I was not comfortable with the different cities so I opted to move closer to family. Clarissa help my family move in quickly and seamlessly. When the management changed, issues were addressed quicker than before. Jennifer was helpful in addressing them issues within the apartment as well as with neighbors who didn’t keep others in mind. Jennifer and her team has held a high level of professionalism and has a welcoming office. Even though the neighbors have not always been respectful, that definitely changed under Jennifer’s management. People are taking pride in their homes and it shows. My family is glad to continue to live here."
