"Ever since they open they have been disturbing the peace. There kids run around the neighborhood being destructive, knocking on doors and running, out until late at night being noisy . It’s always dirty around there. They don’t respect the one stop sign they have to pull out of their drive way, they keep drive over it and knocking it down. Disgraces to surprise as you can see in there other review."

"Roach infestation in the units management is awful they tell your personal business to tenants. It’s like a jail the camera system will watch every thing u do don’t fart cuz u will have to pay a $75 fee for that they don’t like black people so beware of this also.They will put a notice on your door for every little thing you can’t park their if you don’t have insurance like really make this hell hole your last option if an option at all"

"I’m currently being wrongfully evicted. They failed to process my recertification which in result of that they’re forcing me to pay back over $10,000 in rent. I was told I would receive help and never received help for months to fix their mistake. It’s best to record every conversation and star every email because they lie about everything they tell you. My husband was told to come in for a meeting and the property manager lied and said we didn’t have one set up. When the day came she yelled and pointed her finger in my husband face several times before he yelled back and she claimed she was frightened by him and called the police and told lies to the police about the incident. The next day she served us a improper immediate termination notice. Oh and don’t think that you’ll get in touch with the higher up because he doesn’t reply to emails or voicemails when it comes to tenants. Aside from all of this my unit is very beautiful but the employee personnel are something else."

"When you get accepted here please record all your conversations when speaking to the landlords for your records. They tell you one thing and then turn around and do different and when you bring up the conversation they deny it like it never happened. If you got a serious issue go to the head above them here because they are still learning and not compassionate at all made it seem like they were on my side for months just to put me out at the end of lease because my 1 year old and 3 year old couldnt stay seated all day for the man downstairs"
