The Village at West Point Apartments

"This is our 2nd time living at this complex. The first time in 2020 and then 2023. Honestly both times have been great! But there has been a change to the office staff and maintenance since we lived here last. Everyone is so amazing from Maryann, Kelli, and all the maintenance crew. Anything you need , they’re fast in response and have anything ordered in a timely matter you may need. The apartments are located near a bunch of convenient places like Walmart and Target and lots of food. The complex is super quiet, and safe for children. They sometimes do fun little things to bring everyone together as well in the office. Today they had Santa Claus and my daughter loved it! We love it here! Thank you all!"

"this place steals your money and tells you faulse information. the carpets have nails going threw it and they never fixed it in the 3 years we were there. we were without AC for a month and they did nothing to help. aswell as our washer broke for over a month and they took their time to get a new one. they are a horrible place to live. woudlnt recommend for anyone."

"Been here for more than a year and here's my experience good & bad..first SHOUT-OUT to the maintenance team (Mr Kevin and Jesus) is flipping amazing. I have lived at a number of apartments and by far they are remarkable (THE BEST). I trust them entering my home with my family & when I'm not home. They also go above and beyond... If there's something that is broken just ask them they will fix it.... overall just genuinely nice men! Praying this company does right by them because if either one of them ever leave while I'm living here...I'll lose my st**!!!....Maryann she's been cool haven't had any issue with her either. I feel the company made a right decision with making her the property manager. Now what I feel would be the "bad" but obviously isn't bad enough because I renew my lease. My apartment wasn't what I would consider new/upgraded compared to other complexes but it works for me and my family. Yes you can hear the Jets from Luke Air Force Base but that's something that honestly anybody in surprise can hear and can't change. The front gate can be broken from time to time but this complex is quiet at night time & I haven't seen or heard any issues. it's a safe area, you're in surprise... come on now this isn't the hood. I would also say that packages can sometimes get misplaced but again that's not the office that's on the delivery companies. Just my thoughts, thought it was time to give a rating. ☺️"

"This complex is so old I was looking for some thing that had a gate and I would feel safe. That’s the time since I’ve lived on the property the gate does not work . There are no cameras on this property not to mention that we are right next to Luke Air Force Base, and the fighter jets fly over my apartment at least 10 times every day. I work from home so the noise from the fighter jets flying over is detrimental to my job. If I would’ve known all of these things, I would definitely not have moved into this complex. If you want to live in surprise, Arizona, please look for a different complex because this is not the best one."

"Although it's quiet, unless the jets fly over. It's far from modern or luxury living. Some furnishings seem old, small, out of date. The staff do a decent job of keeping things maintained but the office could handle packages better."
