"Great place to work. Office staff are engaged with their jobs in order to provide excellent care and special needs to every individual member of the center. Flexible hours and a well kept environment. I loved working there during the summer because all the members are out of school. It’s a great time for field trips like the museum and/or library. The members enjoy the social activities and surroundings. Plus it’s a learning experience to better yourself with the diversity of the groups."

"I’ve worked for this company 2 times about 6yrs in between both times. The first thing is they don’t follow rules and regulations for the state or their own company policies. Plz be careful when bringing a loved one here. Also they never paid me what they stated they would. Renee who wears many hats for ITC is amazing and absolutely does her best with what’s given but ITC needs a serious reality check. I pray to god that someone investigates this company and help them straighten up because I know the employees and members deserve better."

Currently since my son is over 18, I actually now work as his Habitation caregiver through ITC & as an employee, it's been great. I've experienced both sides & both have been great. "My sweet girl with Autism can be quite difficult and has to be handled in a positive behavioral environment, and ITC is the place for her. They are wonderful to her, treat her with a lot of respect, listen to her, respond to her, take her on outings and help her deal with the issues she has. They have a well-trained staff that take very good care of her. They have also helped me keep track of how well she is doing and how well her group home does with them and her. The people at ITC have a lot of compassion and want to help in any way possible. Finding ITC has been a great relief to me. I highly recommend ITC for our special loved ones that need a bit of extra help."
