"I had a wonderful experience at my recent visit to the optometrist. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. I have had difficulty for years getting the correct prescription for my multi focal contacts. Dr. Janousek went out his way when every other Dr has told me it was just my eyes. My eyesight is now perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this optometrist and their dedicated team to anyone seeking eye care services. "Would not recommend. Messed up my prescription. Instead of owning up to the mistake and correcting it, the Dr said my prescription (the one he gave me) is right but I'm not used to it being blurry because my previous prescription is stronger. Makes no sense to me why having blurry vision with glasses on is correct. I think it's important to be able to see clearly especially when driving or when your job requires precise details. After this second visit I left with my second prescription. When I went to reorder glasses for the second time there was another mistake in the prescription. The cyl number was not on there. Called to talk to the tech to clarify what that number should be. She emailed me my prescription and it was completely different from the one I got during my second visit. Hopefully the new Rx is correct. Definitely won't be going back."

"They got my husband in the day we called. (He had a fall that caused some concern). The doctor that he used to go to, didn't have an appointment for two weeks. The receptionist made us appointments with a Retinal Specialist and went the second mile to see if she could get one closer to us. (Appointments, that were not a month out, were hard to find. She did it. We are staying with Dr. Janoisex at Arizona Eye Specialist."

"The staff was wonderful, the service was fine. However, I arrived at 1:52pm with both my kids for a 2pm appointment. I finished the new patient paperwork by 2:04pm. I didn’t get pulled into the patient testing room UNTIL 3PM. The actual appt was only 20 min, but making me wait that long was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Never going back to this place, I’ll find a new eye doctor."
