"Originally I was very happy with my service until two separate occasions that caused me to miss receiving allergy shots and waste fuel by driving out of my way. Both situations could have easily been fixed on the spot, however, the front staff gal pushed me away. First instance - needless to say I was running behind and walked through the door at 3:59 p.m. and allergy shots ended at 4p.m. But I was still technically on time. Just as I swiped my card to get in line the computer rolled to 4p.m. and wouldn’t accept me. Upon personal appeal, I asked to be excused due to a technicality and requested to still receive my shots and I was blatantly told “no, you were late and there’s nothing I can do. Also, the doctors don’t want to wait and we’d have to grant you extra wait time to have your shots evaluated” This, in my opinion was completely uncalled for and could have easily been rectified in a positive manner. Second instance - I have the AZ Allergy app downloaded and it sent a notification saying shots would end at 5p.m. today. Thankful for the extra allotted time I stayed at work a little longer and made it into the office at 4:18 p.m. thinking I would receive my shots. Again, I was disappointed and turned away being told “sorry, but that’s an app and technical issue and we can’t help you” so again, I came out of my way to receive the injections I need and I was turned away due to a technical error outside of my control. Overall, I was generally happy with my allergy assessment and the injections that I’ve received but I’m sick and tired of being rejected for service by the front office admin staff due to technical errors outside my control."

"Today was our first time coming here and I was a little nervous because of some of the other reviews. The appointment was for my daughter and honestly the overall experience was great. Check in went smoothly, the person working the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The person who took us back and checked my daughter's height and everything also had a great attitude and made my daughter feel comfortable. And I can't remember her title but the person who checked out my daughter and let us know what our next steps were was also awesome. Everyone we encountered was very cheerful and friendly. The check in and appointment all went by very quickly too. It was a great experience!"

"They don’t let you do the allergy test if you’re over 15 minutes late. Even if you called, couldn’t find parking and waited at the desk for someone to even acknowledge you. Because taking that into consideration, I was only 10 minutes late. And Last week, I showed up 45 minutes early to make sure we got everything taken care of, and I waited for 2 hours, PLUS the 45 minutes I was early. I watched 4 people who arrived after my APPOINTMENT time go before my son, and even went up to the front desk and asked what was going on. There was no one in the building at all waiting to be seen when arriving today. May I add that I was only ever asked to arrive early on his first appointment. And again today, I communicated my arrival, came in and no one was in sight at the front desk, and even asked the employee if she would like to walk outside with me to see where I had to park. It already took me 2 months to get my sons first appointment even scheduled because the office or whoever it goes through, could not get it together. I understand that you have to accommodate to everyone’s times ect, but again. No one was in the waiting room for the 20 minutes I was in the office getting “taken care of.”"

"I’ve been coming here, specifically to this location now for just about a year. I came to get allergy tested and start allergy shots. The doctor I originally met with was wonderful but isn’t here anymore, but everyone I’ve gotten to interact with have been great. The nurses/technicians who give you the shots are fun to talk to and genuinely care. I’ve had issues with the strength of my shots a few times (I’m a very sensitive person and absolutely assumed this would happen to me, it’s just important you communicate everything) and every time they take their time to discuss what’s going on, everything I felt, and see how we can help me mentally and physically with the shots. They have worked with me to adjust what was best for me and my path forward. They remember me when I come in and have always been helpful in answering questions. Even the billing department, I’ve called and asked what certain charges are and they take their time to explain and work with my insurance. I’ve paid online, over the phone, and in person and they’ve always been fine. I recommend at the very least allergy tests if not allergy shots to everyone and tell people I come here. Allergies aren’t always something you want to take lightly so finding people you can easily communicate with and you feel safe with matters a lot. I don’t have a kid but the way they handle children here is also very nice, as getting shots isn’t easy or fun for anyone. I highly recommend this location, I can’t speak for the other comments but I can be a hard person to impress and am fully ready to find a new doctor if I’m unhappy but I’ve enjoyed every trip to this office I’ve had in the last year."
