"Updated 11/16 The staff, Sara and Sherea, (sorry if it's spelt wrong)and even Dr. Matt reached out to me and were apologetic while accountable for me falling through the cracks. I had my appointment with Dr. Matt yesterday and I can't express how insightful and meaningful his attention to detail was. So many things that were not addressed with prior doctors and also ongoing suspicions from some practicioners were validated further. I am again feeling hopeful for the plan we have in place and moving forward towards optimal wellness. I was feeling hopeful when I contacted vitality and expressed my frustration with the last company I had just left due to poor communication. Dr. Matt expressed that they are different, and I felt peace with that. Well, I feel like I have been on my own.. I was suppose to get new medication for hormone balancing and I called them three times. Just kept being told they will call me when they know what Dr. Matt wanted to prescribe. It has been crickets and three, going on 4 weeks. When it comes to hormone health, it's incredibly important to feel heard and validated. Communication is necessary in ensuring that you have the support on your journey. Vitality, you let me down..."
