"Tips for you if you use the Mesa location, I don't want to blame incompetence because the physician I initially met was wonderful but, there is definite problems here: 1. Always, double and triple check before coming-appointments get deleted and once reset the time is different than what was confirmed. 2. Follow up to ensure your records from outside providers have been requested and received before your visit, they fall short here a lot. 3. The physician assistant lacks bedside manner and will walk in and ask if you have spoken to a surgeon about a brain tumor you weren't aware you had. Why am I still here? Because in the 4 months since my initial incident of my body being dumb, I've yet to get any answers and I don't have the energy to start over with another neurologist yet."

"Those who know me I don't usually trust medical doctors. However, this office has excellent staff who treat me like a human. Dr. Charlie actually listened to me, taught me and gave me choices. I feel I am getting excellent care."

"Brian is the only upside of this practice. All three times that I was able to see him this year. He was great. But he and I both agreed. I should be seen every month and scheduling made that impossible. Then they dropped me as a patient and told me that I could not come back except for emergencies. The doctors might be great but the practice is questionable."

"Dr. Charlie is awful. My Mom had a brain MRI and a memory test. We had to wait several weeks to come back for the results with Dr. Charlie. The appointment was at 9am, he didn't come into the room until 10:45am. He stood the entire time with his hands in his pockets, darting his eyes around and kept saying "You know what I mean"? No, we don't know what you mean when we waited weeks to get test results and you don't even have them in your hand and you are talking in circles and not reading the results to us. My Mom even said, "Can you please sit down and look at me and explain the results"? He remained standing and barely made eye contact. He acted rushed and like he didn't care at all. I finally said we would like a copy of the test results and we left. I had to read the reports to my Mom myself. It was such a disappointment that this is a neurologist and he didn't even take the time to explain the results or barely look my Mom in the eye. The NP who initially saw my Mom was Amanda Canizales. She was great, spent time talking to my Mom and I, ordered tests and was very thorough. She has since left this practice. I don't blame her, I hope she is somewhere she feels valued."

"The office staff is nice and attentive. However... Dr. Charlie has one of the worst bedside manners I have ever experienced. He other providers might be great but I would not recommend Dr. Charlie. In addition, the cancelation policy is insane. They will charge you $200 for canceling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice. It honestly makes me nervous to make future appointments. It's not easy to get an elderly disabled person out of bed some days... seems a little unethical to be honest. I could understand $50..."
