"I had to got get blood drawn for some labs and it was the first time I had gone on my own. I was super nervous and anxious to get it over with and go home because I’m dead afraid of needles. But once my name was called and a lovely lady asked me to walk in ahead and proceed to be a total angel, and when she had already drawn my blood I didn’t even know she had filled more than one vile of blood. I didn’t even notice when she had taken out the needle because she was so gentle and so welcoming, not to mention we made conversation and made the experience so warm for me. I don’t think I would want to have my blood drawn by anyone else besides Amelia at MyDrNow on Ellsworth and brown. Thank you so much "

"The entire was staff were friendly and attentive. The doctor took his time and listened. He ran some test to help figure out what’s going on. He even stopped back in to ask additional questions while I was waiting for a blood draw. As a cash client with out of state insurance the prices were clearly discussed and reasonable."

"We needed to get in without an appointment and within 20 minutes we were back in The office meeting with the doctor. We met with Dr. Morris and he was amazing He had an awesome bedside manner, and he took the time to get to know about our situation. The Erse was great, and the front desk receptionist was very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at how cool this place was. My only criticism was that it didn’t look like the floors were professionally cleaned in a long time"

"Dr. Ashley Ortiz is the best provider I have ever had! I recently moved from another state and I'm so lucky to have found her amongst hundreds of other providers in the area. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and is extremely attentive when I describe symptoms or need to talk to her about treatment options. Dr. Ortiz is prompt in getting referrals sent in and is very detailed in during my visits to ensure she's covering all bases when diagnosing an illness, a condition, or prescribing medications. She asks a lot of questions and listens when I describe what's going on. Dr. Ortiz is also the PCP I use for my 11 year old son and even with children, she is just as compassionate and patient. Aside from my doctor, the nurses I've worked with are very friendly, professional, and always in a good mood! The front desk staff is phenomenal and prompt about getting me checked in and greeting me when I enter with a great attitude. My wait times are average, with some visits being surprisingly fast. I'm glad this facility is open later as well because at times, I'm not available during the typical 9am-5pm window that most businesses are open at. Superb service, I can't praise this place enough!"

"Love this place. I take my older children here and go for myself, too. Went for a physical last night for my oldest and then Immunization for my daughter on Monday. Last night, the front desk lady was very thoughtful and accommodating and we love Daniella Cleveland and all the staff here. They are very welcoming and love seeing the regular faces for all our appointments. Daniella has been wonderful to our family!"
