"Was seeing Dr. JEFF. CALLED IN A PERSCRIPTION LAST WEEK. TODAY IS MONDAY BEEN WITHOUT MY MEDS FOR 3 DAYS. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND APPARENTLY THEY HAVE ONLY ONE PRRSON THAT REFILLS PRESCRIPTIONS. AND THAT PERSON IS BEEN ABSENT. COULD NOT EVEN TELL ME WHEN SOMEONE COULD RESPOND TO THE PHARMACY. SO AS OF RIGHT NOW I HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH LONGER I WILL BE WITHOUT MY MEDS. UNACCEPTABLE. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. THE REASON I SAY I WAS SEEING DR JEFF. I WILL NOT SEE A DR AGAIN AFTER LEAVING ME HI AND DRY, WITHOUT MY MEDS. I HIGHLY SUGGEST ANYONE READING THIS TO FIND A DIFFERENT DR. BEFORE THIS HAPPENS TO YOU. I WILL HAVE A NEW DR BY END OF TODAY. HOWEVER IT TAKES TIME TO GET AN APPOINTMENT. SO HOW MUCH LONGER UNTILL I GET MY MEDS FILLED. NOBODY KNOWS. DONT DELAY FIND A NEW DR NOW BEFORE YOU GO WITHOUT YOUR MEDS. Disgraceful behavior from a so called medical establishment. FIND A NEW DR NOW!!!! DONT WAIT UNTILL THIS HAPPENS TO YOU. Thank God Walmart knows how serious stopping your meds is. Unfortunately they could only give me 3 days without dr approval. So I will be taking microdoses so my body does not go into shock.and make that 3 day supply last 9 days. Then who knows by then I will also be without blood pressure meds also. Is this the kind of medical you were hoping for. Sure not why I was going there. I will be seeking legal advise . Can you say malpractice?? For all the doubters this is not a controlled substance. It is a seizure medicine. Or should I say anti- seizure medicine. Why would a primary care physician do that?????? Walmart even called them and left a voice-mail after they were unable to get a response. So apparently vital4men has no captain at the helm. WOW. Even after Walmart left a voicemail. NO RESPONSE! If they are shutting there doors and going out of business I would of expected at least a response. No not getting one. Good thing is I will get the evidence from Walmart. I don't forsee a resolution. I have a Dr appointment elsewhere. But that's not for 8 more days. 8 more days without my meds. Not even an explanation why. I don't get it. Good luck to all you vital4men customers. I would start finding another doctor BEFORE they start ignoring your refill request."

"Top to bottom an awful experience. I came here in hopes of finding a Dr as good as my last doctor who is too far for me to drive to. Met with Dr. Jeff. To say this was the most bizarre doctor's appointment I've met would be an understatement. My initial visit was 3 hours long. About 2 minutes of that was spent discussing my treatment and the other 2:58 minutes were spent telling me how evil Democrats are and how great Donald Trump is. This is not a joke. I was then lied to about a scientific study about marijuana and it's effects on testosterone. This was followed by a religious discussion about Mormonism as Jeff was not pleased that I left his religion and he felt it was his job to set the record straight. The nurses knocked on the door at least 10 times to let him know patients were waiting but he was dead set on talking about Donald Trump and religion. I honestly let it go, and just figured it was an overzealous doctor and because of reviews I proceeded with treatment. Each week I was greeted by a receptionist who gives the impression you are bothering her by coming in for treatment. I think of myself as a friendly person and the staff there likely would agree. The first week I filled out paperwork, about a month later I was told they never received the paperwork (despite ongoing treatment) so I sat in the office and filled out the paperwork. Fast forward to today, and I'm told I need to fill out paperwork again. I mentioned I had done it before but asked if I could fill it out and bring it back next week. The receptionist stared at her computer for a while and said "we never received it, we never got an email either" as she now seemed intent on proving she was right instead of just solving the problem. Again, I asked if I could take it home as I was running late to get to the Suns game, she responded in her usual cold tone "unfortunately we can't give you treatment until this is filled out". Of course that's nonsense, because they have been treating me without paperwork for months now. Overall just a bizarre place to be treated. The Nurses are all awesome. Could not be more professional and friendly. They were all great. The doctor and receptionist could use a crash course in how to interact with other humans to make them feel valued rather than a nuisance. If you're coming here to get TRT without actually having issues I think it's probably a good place because they are neither thorough nor organized"
