"The process of doing my drug screening and physical test went fairly smoothly. Instead of filling out paperwork by hand, they have you register online. I didnt have a problem with that other than not getting reception on my phone. I had to go outside to register. But, other that, no complaints."

The logistics were complicated and confusing as there were 3 parties involved, an employer, a company that scheduled and documented the information, and Concentra, who performed the physical."

Surprisingly even the front desk was nice considering all the concentras I've been to, they are often rude and disgruntled. I'm sure I got super lucky because I didn't have an appointment. I made it in around 1040 am and was out in less than an hour for a physical and a TB blood test. Rec 10/10!"

"It was actually a very smooth process. When I first arrived the waiting area was full and she said it would be about 45-1hr. I went outside to grab my water came back in and maybe waited a total of 35-40 min. One exception ~ if the online form is texted to you when you first check in then I feel the process would be quicker, because when my name was called she asked if I had completed it, but I never received it. So she had to text it again and then I had to sit down to complete(only takes a few min). Otherwise overall experience was really good. The staff was very professional and polite."
