"This place always smells horrible!!!! Like they sprayed a can of fart spray before they opened!!! And then when u mention it to somebody they act like it’s just you smelling it. Also they make your appointment a certain time but don’t come into the room until a hour later sometimes longer . It’s ridiculous!!!! People have lives outside of the doctors what if they was on they lunch and had to go back to work. Also everytime u come in u get a different doctor that knows nothing about you which is frustrating always feel rushed when doctor gets into the room because they over book. For instance my appointment was at 9:30 it’s now 10:14 no doctor in sight.. if I wasn’t already 36 weeks I’d definitely transfer somewhere else."

"My appointment was for 1010am Jan 23 2024and they were organized and quick. I am 50 and wanted to start HRT due to many symptoms of perimenopause. Luciano was pleasant and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I didn't feel rushed or that my issue didn't matter. She gave me some tips and a quick painless papsmear. I recommend this office for sure! issue didn't matter"

"DR. ANTHONY IS A TERRIBLE PROVIDER. If I can give no stars I would. I went in for an appt on Friday, mind you I really needed this appt I was in TONS of pain. I drove an hour to have this appt because it was the only office available. Dr. Anthony came in and immediately was so rude, very unprofessional. Dismissing my concerns, being sarcastic and talking to me as if I was dumb. She told me high school kids schedule appointments. She lacks compassion and empathy for what her profession calls for especially regarding women's health. With the way I was treated I can’t imagine how other woman feel. I seriously don’t know how she still seeing patients. I’ve had so many issues with Momdoc as a whole. This has been a horrible experience, and I will not return. I also called and asked for a regional or director and still no call back. I did end up going somewhere else and she will be hearing from my attorney."

"I didn’t have a stable doctor my last pregnancy, I got whoever was available. I wish I would’ve been informed as well of extra charges. I got a hefty bill :/ I delivered with Dr Nieves if I can recall and all I remember is her saying how tired she was. I understand doctors are always on the go, but it’s not the impression I wanted to remember. This pregnancy I’ve decided to go elsewhere."

"Dr Nieves is the finest doctor I've ever worked with. She was tremendously kind and respectful and very easy to talk to. She explained the physical step by step and continually checked on my well being and SHE LISTENED. It is a sad commentary on the medical profession that a sensitive, attentive doctor is a rare treasure, but that is the reality and Dr Nieves is a jewel. I am forever grateful to have been referred to her and i recommend her whole heartedly to everyone. Her support staff is also very nice and so helpful."
