"It pains me to write this because I love the NP but the billing department can’t get it together. I got sent to collections over a Pap smear that should have been free and I called about several times and was told was taken care of!! I called and went in person to make sure. Ruined my credit and now I have to go through the process of disputing. So devastating and unfair when all I did was go in for preventative care and now my credit is destroyed."
"Mikayla was a great nurse practitioner and made me feel really comfortable. However, the front office and billing department need improvement. After I got blood work done a week had went by so I called the test center myself where they told me they had never received my insurance from the gynecology office, so I had to provide it to them myself. I paid my copay before I went to my annual through my check in (not knowing I wasn’t supposed to) so once I got there I asked if it was covered. I was told I’d be billed my full copay for my annual if we discussed my IUD. every other gynecologist I have went to had checked my strings at an annual with no extra charge and I was also told before I came here that it was typical to check an iud at an annual (which it is). It’s very disorganized and I get different information from every person I speak to on the phone when I call."

"Tucked in the corner on the Left. The all women staff made me feel very comfortable. The wait time was short. The staff had a great sense of humor. I love how fun loving they were. They even had dum dum lollipop candy dish out."
