"I really don't like writing these kind of reviews. I'll do my best to refrain from judgment and simply share the facts. It takes an inordinate amount of time to actually connect with anyone in the office. I have had 5 messages in the patient portal and 2 calls into the answering service since the beginning of January, and they have yet to be acknowledged or answered. My very good friend was unable to get past the gate keepers on the answer service during an emerging problem. After trying the portal and answering service for two weeks. He walked into the office with a urine bag full of blood, and they finally responded. The quality of the doctors is somewhat irrelevant if the gates are locked shut to getting answers. Judgement and sarcasm warning ... Do yourself a favor and become a urologist yourself, you will be able to resolve your concern much more quickly."

"Doctor Grinnan listened to my medical problems & I felt like he really cared about my well being. Gave me his opinion on how to go forward with my problem. And I feel very comfortable having him guide me through this ordeal. My first time seeing him & look forward to seeing him again next week. His staff was nice & happy to help get me ready to see the Doctor. Very professional. A good experience. Thank you, John Drake"

"My experience started well by being greeted by Townee the wonderful receptionist who was friendly, cheerful and welcoming as she checked me in. She continued to be upbeat and very helpful to all in the waiting room whilst I waited to see the doctor. Unfortunately after arriving 30 minutes early as requested as a new patient, I did not go through to see the doctors assistant for a good hour and after being weighed and having blood pressure taken, waited another 15 to 20 minutes to actually see the doctor, which happened five minutes after I left the exam room to ask when I would see the doctor. I spent one hour and 30 minutes in total and basically was weighed, had my blood pressure taken and a five minute consultation with the doctor. I personally feel that that is a very long time to wait for what was actually a very short appointment. I did enjoy meeting the doctor and what he had to say and I’m looking forward to working with them in the future., Just feel that things could be moved on a lot quicker."

"Was very impressed with the whole office. Reception people were very friendly and helpful. Rooming nurse was great. Everything ran very smoothly. Dr Matthew K was very knowledgeable and is trying things that haven't been done before. I'm looking forward to the results."
