"My pain doctor for the last 13-1/2+ years just switched to this company. I called several times to make an appointment. I finally get through then they inform me that I need a letter of continuing care from my insurance company. They refused to make an appointment until I received a letter of continuing care from my health insurance company. I requested to leave my doctor a message and was told that they don't do that, they refuse to give my doctor a message of any kind. In my 65 years I have never been treated so rudely by any doctor's office. After 7 back surgeries I can't speak or leave a message for my doctor, refusal to make an appointment. I understand why they're ratings/reviews are so low."

"This place and Dr. Narian have been nothing but an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the time and energy from being part of their revolving door of patients and lack of personal care and empathy. Good luck getting someone on the phone ever besides their call center. Look elsewhere if you want someone to actually care about you."

"I've had three procedures at The Pain Center Auegical Center and today will be my fourth. All the procedures have been a huge success; the staff is friendly, supportive and caring. I've never had a single problem contacting this location. Maybe things have changed in the past 3 to 7 years reflected by some of the other reviews but it's a great place to go in 2021!"

"PA asked me how the pain level was 2 mths after having 8 nerves burned in my back. When I told him it didn't help he said come back in 2 mths because it hadn't had time to work!!! The RFA burns the nerves the day the procedure is done & expecting me to go thru 4 more mths of untreated pain like it is normal is absolutely unacceptable!! They continue to have me go to my PCP for pain management meds even though I live down the street from their office & my PCP is a VERY long 2 hr drive. I found a new pain management place that doesn't put me off as if I'm not important. These Drs apparently hv no concept of chronic pain or how to treat it or their pts."

"Dr. Knighton is a great doctor that takes the time to get to know your pain needs and work out a personalized pain treatment. Since the re opening of the office they have hired a new staff to support his busy schedule and the 2 PA's that also work in the office. The office is kind of small....only 4 exam rooms for all those patients, but they somehow keep the appointments relatively on time. They are closed on Monday and Tuesday and only do procedures on Wednesday....but other than that this is a great place!"
