Choices Pregnancy Center - Mesa

"I didn’t really wanna do this, cause they were so nice, but I feel obligated to let others know my experience so they know to stay away from this place if they are pro-choice. Despite the few employees I spoke to on the phone when making the appointment ensuring that this clinic is neutral on the issue of female reproductive rights and that they weren’t gonna try to shove an agenda down our throats, this place is quite unabashedly pro-life, and their main tactic is to separate the couple once they arrive so that they can effectively corner the girl and do everything they can to get her to want to keep the baby. My girlfriend literally told them she wanted me to be by her side during the “questioning” that was really just them asking if I’m a bad boyfriend and asking her questions like “but you want to have the baby, right?”. That’s what I call leading a witness. Their line of pro-life questioning never stopped and they even got short with me when I said I would be relieved if she wasn’t pregnant. The agenda was palpable and I would never return. So many times they had me leave the room so they could have my girlfriend alone. So not cool. She was already scared and didn’t need the pressuring from them to make a decision that was completely up to us. They had a bible in the questioning room and even asked if we wanted to pray at the end. For a place that is called “Choices”, they are most definitely not pro-choice. Why couldn’t they just tell me that on the phone when I asked in order to save us a trip over there and not have to deal with this very uncomfortable experience? Now, they will surely reply to this comment saying that I’m being untruthful, but you can read the rest of the reviews from people who had similar testimonials and decide for yourself. They are biased, while I have no reason to lie."
