I can't remember the nurse that took my information and vital signs but she was very professional and friendly. Melissa M. Monson, NP diagnosed my problem. Ms Monson was also very professional and friendly. Her kindness and empathy were appreciated. The next day after taking my first prescription medicine I felt much better and was soon back to normal. "Called in advance to confirm they are well equipped to deal with the flu, I was reassured they are well equipped to handle it. All they did was take my $200 and immediately send us to the ER. No help whatsoever, and a complete waste of time and money."
"I was extremely impressed with the staff here. Everyone was super kind and caring. The receptionist, the nurse, and the practitioner. I never felt talked down to, or that I was a burden to quickly shuffle through. The practitioner listened and asked me follow up questions. She advised me of what medications she thought would be most helpful, what side effects I might experience, and ASKED me which treatment I would be most comfortable with. I left feeling informed, cared for, and confident in my treatment plan. You're all top tier, ladies!"
"Granted, I was a walk-in, no appt. but the waiting time to get called I'm to see a doctor was almost 3 hrs. and the lobby was not that busy. Even after being placed in a room, I waited another 45 min. to see the doc. Waited another 25 minutes to get discharge papers. Totally wasted my day."
"Texted ahead and had an appointment for within 15 minutes. I only had to wait for about 10 minutes. The care giver, I think her name is Melissa was very helpful and kind and I was on my way in no time at all. Pleasant experience Al the way around."
