"Staff, doctors, facility is all great! The issue I have is the billing office, specifically the medical assistant. This is the 2nd time I received a bill for my bloodwork, which should be covered at 100%. It took me 3 times last time to sort this billing issue out last time so I definitely don't look forward to doing this again. The first time was because the MA did not add the correct billing code, so it billed my insurance as a regular visit, not an annual physical. The previous comments said that you can never reach the MA office, which is true because you have to leave them a VM, then wait for their callbacks. I am a young and healthy person, only needing to go in for my annual physical that should 100% be covered by my insurance, yet I'm still dealing with unnecessary bills. If you are someone who needs more care than me and will have to do insurance claims a lot, I would find a better office who can handle billing more efficiently."

"If you are healthy and don't see them often enough they will discontinue services and tell you that you are now a new patient, but they are not taking new patients. Really a pain as now I need to try and find somene else and have my records transferred. Not the kindest policy. I give them two stars for being nice but other than that they are just overwhelmed and not running a tight office."

"Worst Doctors Office I’ve ever had the ill-luck of stumbling over. Do not trust these people with your health. Between waiting an hour on the phone to talk to to the front office (who isn’t actually busy, just ignoring your call) and being sent to 5 or 6 different 3rd party testing facilities only to find out the office coded your tests wrong, you will find yourself pulling your own hair out over dealing with this office. I’ve given them months to correct their poor business practices and it just keeps getting worse. I’ll be finding healthcare elsewhere."

"I called this office back in January to schedule a new patient exam, at the time I was told the soonest appointment was March 24th. I spoke with Sheryl, She was very sweet and made the first impression of the office a good one. I have been on the search for a new primary care doctor for over 3 years and so after talking to her I was excited to try a new office and doctor. I looked up the doctor's bio that I was scheduled to see (Nutakki) looking forward to find out more about her background being from Yuma as that is where I grew up. My appointment was at 9:15 with a 8:45 check in for new patient paperwork. I came prepared with my paperwork already filled out and arrived at 8:50. I was checked in and asked to have a seat. The office is still practicing covid protection measures and requires everyone to wear a mask (not bothersome to me). One of the PA's came out to grab a patient with gloves on ( I work at a dental office and I would never walk around the office with gloves on let alone grab a patient with gloves on) The waiting room was clean but the furniture was worn down and unappealing to the eye. A old fashion radio with the antenna sat in the corner of the waiting room. I was still sitting in the waiting room at 9:15 as patients that came in after me were called back before me. At 9:30 I ended up asking Sheryl about the timing of my appointment being I was asked to come at 8:45 and my appointment was at 9:15 I had already been in the office for 40 minutes. She advised me that Dr. Nutakki was running behind (understandable). I went ahead and used the restroom. The bathroom cabinet that has the urine sample supplies is made of particle board, from it being wiped off or urine spills the top is rippled and corroded. Gross needs to be replaced. I went back into the waiting room and I hit my limit after waiting 5 more minutes. At 9:45 I asked the office to refund my card what I paid and I left the office. I am very disappointed that I waited almost 3 months to see a new doctor to not even get seen. There was a reason I was not meant to be a patient at this office. The search continues...."

"This place has really gone downhill. Now it takes well over a month to get an appointment and they do absolutely no follow up. My husband was supposed to have one refill left on his prescription from them. He called to make an appointment a week ago and nobody answered. He called again today and their next available appointment is in November. He told them he can’t really go without this medication and they scolded him for waiting too long to book. They made no effort to help him get a refill for the gap. It should not take over a month to get a patient seen and if this is a common enough issue, they need to be better about patient outreach. Get your stuff together."
