"My husband took two of my children to see nurse practitioner Freddy Montenegro at this place. During the appointment my husband called me to consult about the medications that were prescribed. During the call, Nurse Practitioner Montenegro kept interrupting and attempting to talk over us, and the things he said were confrontational and condescending. This is a shame, because my husband said that this provider seemed to be knowledgeable and efficient and all the other members of the staff were kind and helpful. After returning home, my 14-year-old daughter was in tears as a result of the discussion with the provider, which she described as frightening. We will not be returning to this clinic and cannot recommend them because of the poor people skills shown by this provider."

"No one knows how to do their job they have no communication, organization, and do not take any responsibility. The front staff is all over the place and when cams are made they are directed to a guy who is not in office. If you need a pcp look elsewhere as the staff is completely unorganized."

The manager has zero understanding of how to run a clinic , un pleasant and zero regard for the employees , if they are busy she will not step in and help . You can find her in her office all day long except lunch time or when it’s time to leave . Even with a good resume and experience they will not pay you good , they take advantage of their employees , they aren’t state law compliant and outdated . Please be aware ."
