"Worst medical center. Tried calling to set up a first time patient appointment. Receptionist was rude, he seemed irritated to be doing his job. Wouldn't recommend please go to a different clinic."

"I went in for Bronchitis the Dr told me he would send in 3 scripts for me the M.A told me they were sent before I left & here it is a day later and the pharmacy has NOTHING for me. I called them & they did not have any meds in my chart to be sent. They were so worried about leaving for the day at 11am that they did not even send them."

"I'm looking into transferring to another provider. This clinic has been discriminatory to me as a blind person left and right. Yesterday, when I was waiting to see Dr. Richardson, the staff asked me if I needed help bathing and dressing myself, and also asked me if I needed help shopping and managing my money. As an independent blind person, it is beyond insulting and offensive to ask questions like that! They also have tried treating me like an experimental guinea pig, which I did not allow. These people need to be punished for their anti-blind ableism, and I demand compensation for the numerous ADA violations and dehumanizing treatment I've been subjected to by this clinic! These people are eugenicists!"

"Numerous negative experiences at this clinic. I recently discovered that they use an answering service, so you're not actually talking to the office when you call in. They also show their hours until 5PM, but on at least 3 separate occasions, they have stopped answering their phones after about 4:30PM. On my most recent visit, they told me that they were submitting a prescription to my pharmacy for me. They did not do so on that day, and I called back the following morning and they "forwarded a message" to my provider to look into it. Two more subsequent calls in the same day, and absolutely no response. I am still waiting for this prescription to be submitted. On my last visit, I had routine blood work done. When the results came back, they called me to tell me that my results were in and they were ready to set up my appointment to have those results read to me. I told them that I just wanted the results of my blood work and to avoid an appointment because it is a $90 copay every time I visit them. They stated that they were unauthorized to read the results to me, and the only way to get them was to schedule an appointment. So I was left with the option of either paying $90 to get the results (that I had already paid for) or not knowing my results. I believe HIPAA expressly forbids this kind of practice (holding your medical records hostage even though you have already paid for the service) and yet they did it anyway."

"They may have the greatest providers, but I'll never know. Phone number goes to a foreign call center. Called on 8/26 to establish as a new patient. For a place that touts itself in same or next day appointments soonest I could get in was 8/29. So much for same/next day appointments. Got a call from the same call center on 8/27 saying they had to reschedule the 8/29 appointment to 9/3. O said that was unacceptable as we both made a commitment for 8/29. Was promptly told they were going to cancel my appointment. Which now is a good thing. If you can't even keep appointments that YOU made, who knows how the rest of the practice is managed. Is that done from another country as well?"
