One thing I would love to see with all these text reminder companies is that they put the address of your appointment location on the text reminder. I imagine it’s not offered through the reminder company but it’s technology that they can figure out and much needed so I’d put in requests for that as a customer. It’s a helpful reference, even if just a single location business but especially when there are multiple locations. Minimizing confusion keep your schedule on track."
